Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Nairobi - Mara

  You will be picked at your residence in Nairobi, Drive to the world renowned Maasai Mara Game Reserve. This game reserve is considered by many to be the "jewel and highlight of any safari". This is mainly because of its abundance of game/ bird viewing, and the fact that it supports one of Africa's highest concentrations of predators. You will arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. Early afternoon will be spent at leisure in the lodge's swimming pool or having a walk around the lodge, to be followed by game viewing drive later in the evening. Animals expected to be seen here include lion, hyena, cheetah, elephant and giraffes among others. Dinner, entertainment and overnight stay at the lodge / Camp.

• Day 2 : Masai Mara

  After a hefty buffet breakfast in the Camp you will embark on a game / bird viewing drive in search for animals / birds not seen on the previous day. You will drive to the famous Mara River in search of hippos and crocodiles; here you will also see the crossing point for wildebeests when migrating from the neighboring Serengeti plains. En-route you will also see the Kenya-Tanzania border that marks one side of the Mara Triangle. You will return to the lodge for lunch, early afternoon at leisure, there after later in the evening you will proceed on a game drive probably in search of animals / birds not seen so far. Dinner, entertainment and overnight as directly above.

• Day 3 : Masai Mara-Lake Nakuru

  After breakfast leave Mara for Lake Nakuru National park, lunch at the lodge / Camp. Early afternoon at leisure as it is not a good time for a game drive, at 1530 hrs. you will proceed for 2 hours game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park famous for its flamingos, African fish Eagle, Tawny Eagle, Green Wood Hoopoes, Cliff Chat, Great White and Pink Backed Pelicans plus other intra- African Migrants and not forgetting other wildlife like Black and White Rhino, Leopards, Rothschild's Giraffe and many more. Meals and overnight at the lodge / camp.

• Day 4 : Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha

  Pre - breakfast game drive provided, return to the lodge / camp for breakfast, thereafter bid Nakuru Kwaheri " bye " and drive to Naivasha with an enroote game drive. Arrives at Lake Naivasha sopa lodge in the late afternoon, check in and freshen up. In the evening at 1600 hrs proceed for game drive / nature walk at Hell's Gate National Park which lies to the south of Lake Naivasha in Kenya, North West of Nairobi. Other optional activities includes; Taking a cruise to Crescent Island along with a breathtaking tour of Lake Naivasha.
  
  The park is mainly comprised of savannah ecosystem and harbors a wide variety of wildlife. Some of the frequently observed animal species includes over 100 species of birds in the park i.e. vultures, Verreaux's Eagles, augur buzzard, and swifts. African buffalo, zebra, eland, hartebeest, Thomson's gazelle, and baboons are also common. The park is also home to klipspringer antelope and Chandler's mountain reedbuck.

• Day 5 : Lake Naivasha-Nairobi-Carnivore - JKIA to catch your flight back home

  After breakfast, go for birding at Naivasha. After lunch, drive back to Nairobi etching the sceneries in your memory via Kinangop grasslands in search for Sharpe's Longclaw and proceed on with another stop over at some lovely ponds for African and migratory Ducks. In the evening we will have a farewell dinner party at the famous Carnivore Restaurant and after be transferred to the Airport to catch your flight back home after a very exciting and a memorable Kenya tour.
