Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive at Dimapur Airport and transfer to Kohima Camp

  The tour starts with your arrival at Dimapur Airport in Nagaland. Here, you will be greeted by our representative and driven to Kohima Camp. After reaching the camp, you are accorded the traditional welcome of the tribes of Nagaland. Then, get assisted to your excellent luxury tent while our Guest Relations hostess will complete the check-in formalities.
  
  Spend the evening relaxing in the serene environs of the camp. Enjoy a drink by the campfire followed by a feast expertly created by the camp Chef. Enjoy the premium comforts of your camp during the overnight stay.

• Day 2 : Visit the spectacular Hornbill Festival

  Get up to the call of birds and have a leisurely breakfast. After that, drive to the Kisama Village for the spectacular Hornbill Festival. Today, you will witness the attire, folk music, dance forms, headgear, cuisines, paintings, handicrafts, and other intricacies of the varied tribes and sub-tribes of the state. After the day's excitements, you must have built up a hearty appetite. Then, return to camp for a sumptuous traditional lunch, after which you can choose to relax in its serene surroundings.
  
  In the evening, you can return to the festivities of the Hornbill festival. As the sun sets, the enthusiasm of the festival multiplies. Enjoy the music of oneof the many talented Naga rock bands performing at the festival. Explore the night bazaar for local artifacts and relish some Naga delicacies. Be inspired by a fashion show featuring traditional tribal wear and contemporary designs. Finally, be entertained at the Miss Nagaland contest.
  
  Return to the luxurious comfort of your camp for dinner and a well-deserved rest.

  Start the day with a hearty breakfast. Next, you can head out for your last day at the Hornbill festival. Enjoy the festivities as the tribes captivate their distinctive costumes and perform traditional Naga dances and ceremonies. Next, return to a sumptuous lunch served in the camp. Then, spend the afternoon at leisure in the tranquility of the camp. Or enjoy the option to explore the charming Kigwema Village, just a few kilometers drive away.
  
  Later this evening, you have the option to enjoy the cultural festivities in Kohima for the last time. Then, return to the camp and have an exquisite meal.

• Day 4 : Excursion to Villages of Kohima and Khonoma

  Start the day with a leisurely breakfast of local delicacies. Next, you proceed towards the treasures of Kohima. Visit the beautiful war cemetery, Private Museum that holds some of the best artifacts from World War II.
  
  Next, proceed towards the Angami village of Khonoma, where you will relish a local lunch. Then, visit Morungs and participate in local games like wrestling with the local warriors.
  
  Return to your camp and spend the evening in the comfort of your camp. Relish a platter of drinks and sun downer in front of the bonfire. Savor the delicacies prepared for dinner. Finally, turn for the night in your comfy tent.
