Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Srinagar - Srinagar

After arrival at Srinagar airport meet our representative or our Driver and proceed towards Srinagar , Explore Srinagar - Dal lake, Char Chinar, Pari Mahal, Shankaracharya temple.
Things to Do - Floating Post Office, Walk down the boulevard road, Taste local cuisine* Relaxing Shikara Ride, Shop at the Floating Market, Overnight stay in a Hotel .

Day 2 : Srinagar – Gulmarg

Srinagar to Gulmarg (51 km / Approx. 1 hr 20 min drive)
Explore Gulmarg- Kangdoori Peak, Apharwat Peak, Saint Marys Church, Strawberry Valley, Drung Waterfall .
Things to Do –Enjoy Gondola Ride, Skiing, Ice Skating, Pony Rides, Snow Bikes and ATV Bikes then you proceed to Srinagar and stay Overnight Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 3 : Srinagar - Sonamarg

Srinagar to Sonamarg (85 km / Approx. 2 hr 30 min drive)
After Breakfast, drive towards sonamarg, After reaching sonamarg visit Thajiwas glaciers by your own cost (by ponies) After enjoying snow and ice at glaciers, Drive back to Srinagar, Overnight stay at Hotel in Srinagar.

The festival dates in India are based on Hindu system of astrology which is subjected to movement of moon in relation to earth. Therefore, there may be a change of date of the festival by one day. We may alter the program by one /another to visit festival

Payment Terms & Methods :
For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking Voucher
Guest will have to complete 100% payment before 30 days of Arrival. Otherwise booking will consider as cancelled.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

NOTE: Any Change in present applicable Tax structure in future per Govt. notifications Taxes will be levied accordingly."

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies, Strike etc.
Travel insurance & Rescue Cost is not Include in the packages Cost

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking Voucher.
Guest will have to make 100% payment during days .
( Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment )
Package can be altered/change as per the customer requirement/ interest if possible (Subject to availability)
Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon. ( Early check in is subject to availability )
We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.)

CHILD POLICY:
Children below 5 years are complementary in parents room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable for food allowances.
Children above 5 years are chargable for extra bed .

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:
For postpone / pre-pone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
INR 3000/- will be charged extra for pre-pone / postpone.

CANCELLATIONS:-
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.
All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour,
No refund will be made for partially utilized or unutilized services. The itinerary given is indicative and may be altered to suit the final confirmations received on all the services.
Prices are unique and may be based on offers running at the time of booking.
Further charge will be levied as follows:-
30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non refundable, advance will be charged. 30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost. 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company.
The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party.
The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
