Kedarnath: Town in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, Kedarnath Temple: The present temple built in 8th Century A.D. by Adi Guru Shankaracharya lies adjacent to the site of an ancient temple built by Pandeva’s. The temple has a conical lingam - the main idol, a statue of Nandi - the celestial bull, a 'Garba Grah' for worship, and a man dap for assemblies of pilgrims and visitors. The temple is more than 1000 years old. Kedarnath is located in the Himalayas, about 3,583 m above sea level.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : DELHI TO GUPTKASHI

  Board the vehicle and start the overnight journey from Delhi to Guptkashi. (Overnight journey Via Haridwar - Rishikesh)

  • Themes : Adventure

• Day 2 : STAY IN GUPTKASHI

   A Drive Through the e Mountains, visit Devprayag (Alaknanda Bhagirathi Sangam) and Rudraprayag (Mandakini Alaknanda Sangam) on the way.
   Reach Guptkashi in the Evening.
   Check-in to the stay.
   Explore Guptkashi on your own, and Night stay in Guptkashi.

• Day 3 : TREK TO KEDARNATH

  (GUPTKASHI - SONPRAYAG - GAURIKUND – KEDARNATH)
   After Breakfast Check-out from the Stay.
   And Start our Day. Drive from Guptkashi to Sonprayag. Move to Gaurikund, Start the Trek to Kedarnath with Holy Dips in Gaurikund.
   Reach Kedarnath Temple till evening,
   Attend Evening Aarti at Kedarnath Ji Night stay in Kedarnath.

   Trek back to Gaurikund, Move to Sonprayag,
   Drive from Sonprayag to Guptkashi, Reach Guptkashi in Night.
   Night stay in Guptkashi.
