All travellers must reach the pickup point before time
• Please make sure you enter the correct details of travellers at the time of booking . Traveller furnishing incorrect details may incurr penalty at the time of travelling
• Please don't bring any valuables we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the traveler's luggage and belongings.
• AC will not be functional anywhere in coo or hilly areas.
• Any other items not mentioned under inclusion are not included in the cost of the booking
• Depending on weather conditions, roads may get blocked anytime without any notice. As such circumstances are beyond our control, we won't be liable or responsible for any such condition,
•We reserve the rights to modity the inerary at any time due to reasons including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, Festivals, closures of and entry restrictions at the place of visit etc,
• No refunds will be issued if Trip cancelled from your side or you miss the bus/train/flight.
• The foliowing charges will be levied on any cancellation:
15 - 30 days 80% of Deposite
08 - 15 days 50 % of Deposite
01 - 07 days 100% of deposite

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
