Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Chandigarh - Dharamshala (240km / 7 hr min-approx.)

  This exciting trip starts as you arrive in Delhi . Our tour representative offers you an assisted transfer to Dharamshala. After reaching, check-in at your pre-booked hotel. You will take some rest for a while to recharge your energy. Later, you will enjoy your dinner and stay overnight in Dharamshala.

• Day 2 : Dharamshala Local Sightseeing

  The 2nd day is scheduled for half-day sightseeing in Dharamshala. After breakfast, you will embark on a sightseeing tour covering significant tourist attractions, including Dal Lake, St. John's Church, and Bhagsu Nag Temple. The rest of the day is at your discretion. Indulge in activities like shopping, trying out local delicacies, etc. Later, you will come back to your hotel for dinner and enjoy an overnight stay in Dharamshala.

• Day 3 : Dharamshala –Bir Billing – Dharmshala

• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost The package cannot be combined with any other offer
• Check in and Checkout time depends on the concerned Hotel policy.
• In Case of Rooms booked on CP/MAP/AP Basis food will be provided as per the Kitchen operational timings of concerned Hotel
• A/C of the vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Areas.

Payment Terms & Methods :
To confirm the hold package please deposit rupees ₹30%.
After the confirmation voucher is provided within a week the next 50% of the amount is to be deposited.
Rest of the amount is to be paid during the tour (the amount should be fully paid before 3 days of last checkout.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Prior to 45 days or more: 40% of amount will be deducted from total package amount
Between 44 and 31 days of departure: 50% of amount will be deducted from total package amount
Between 30 and 21 days of departure: 60% of amount will be deducted total package amount
Between 20 and 14 days of departure: 75% of amount will be deducted from total package amount
14 days prior to the date of departure: 100% amount will be deducted from total package amount
In case of no-show, no refund will be given.
