5 Days/ 4 Nights Mount Kenya Tree Lodge, Lake Nakuru National Park and Masai Mara National Reserve Safari from Nairobi takes you to three of Kenya’s most admired safari destinations.

This 5 Days Private safari starts with Mount Kenya Tree Lodge where you will watch animal with pleasure from the balcony; elephants, buffalo, giraffe, antelopes and many more others.
Then the next day you will visit Lake Nakuru National Park which is best known for its flamingoes in thousands nesting along the shores. Lake Nakuru is also home to the largest number of white and the black shy rhinos in Kenya.

You will lastly stop is the Masai Mara Game Reserve known for its “Great Migration” of Wildebeests. Maasai Mara is also home to all members of the “Big Five” family – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and the leopard.Tips

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Nairobi - Tree Lodge (Mount Kenya) - 3 hrs drive

  Depart by road early in the morning to the famous Tree Lodge situated at the foot of Mt. Kenya which borders the Mt. Kenya National Park. The trip takes approximately 3½ hours till you reach the Tree Lodge in time for lunch, then you will have a delightful day with a beautiful view of Mount Kenya, you will enjoy looking at the animals at your comfort down through the balcony, isn’t that cool! Dinner and overnight at the Tree Lodge.
• Day 2 : Lake Nakuru National Park - 4 Hrs Drive

  After breakfast depart to Lake Nakuru National Park . Lunch will be served at the Thompson Fall’s Lodge.Continue to National Nakuru National Park arriving in good time for late afternoon game drive, enjoy game drive looking for animals. Lake Nakuru has been a bird watchers paradise and is known as the world famous bird spectacle on earth – myriads of pink flamingoes whose numbers are legion, often more than a million maybe two. They feed on the abundant algae, which thrives in the warm waters.(But in the recent years, the flamingoes have reduced) Dinner and overnight the lodge/camp
• Day 3 : Masai Mara Game Reserve - 5 Hrs Drive

  Enjoy an early morning breakfast at your lodge then depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve arriving in the afternoon at the lodge/camp. Check in and enjoy lunch.Step into your safari vehicle for an afternoon game drive in this famous reserve and begin the search for animals: lion, cheetah, hyena, leopard, giraffe, elephant, zebra, buffalo, rhino etc. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp
• Day 4 : Masai Mara National Reserve

  ‘Leo ni leo’ Swahili meaning ‘this is the day’ On this day we enjoy breakfast and leave for a full day game drive, we won’t come back for lunch instead we will carry our picnic boxes. We will try and discover deep into the Masai Mara to the river and the border with Tanzania in search of predators and their prey like the zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, gazelle, hippo, etc. We have lunch at a picnic area in the open savannah. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp

  • Hotspots Area
• Day 5 : Masai Mara - Drive to Nairobi - 6 Hrs Drive

  Early breakfast at the lodge/camp, check out of the lodge and park and start driving back to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Alternatively you may enjoy lunch at a stop-over restaurant, drop off at your respective hotel/airport in Nairobi.
