Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure will
not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure
will be charged 50% of the total fare. No-show or cancellations at the time of departure
will be charged 100% of the total fare.

Food And Beverages:

Passengers are responsible for keeping the vehicle clean. Any
significant cleaning required due to spills or food/beverage mishandling will result in an
additional cleaning fee.
4. Driver Conduct: The driver will be professional and courteous. The driver will adhere to
all traffic laws and safety regulations. Any complaints about the driver’s conduct should
be reported immediately to E-Nello Cabs.
5. Trip Modifications: Any changes to the trip route or schedule should be communicated in
advance. Additional charges may apply for route changes or extended hours.
6. Safety and Compliance: All passengers must wear seat belts 7. where available.
Liability: E-Nello Cabs is not liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings left in
the vehicle.
