Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : jomo kenyatta international airport to nairobi hotel

  pick clients from the airport and transfer to parkside/similar hotel in nairobi. meals and accomondation in the camp

• Day 2 : nairobi to old moses camp

  after breakfast drive through the central kenya region with several stop overs for viewing including the equator. we meet our crew[ guide,cook and porters at nanyuki township where we pack our fresh supplies and drive through sirimon route to sirimon park gate[2675 meters above sea level]
  after clearance at parkgate entrance we have lunch and start our acclimatization walk for 3-4 hours to old moses camp[3300 meters] this hiking is very helpful for our next days trekking in higher altitudes.

• Day 3 : old moses camp to shiptons camp [4200 meters]

  after breakfast start hiking through the moorland via the mackinders valley to shiptons camp[4200 meters] hiking takes 7-8 hours. we have packed lunch with us .we walk as a team, porters carry back parks and guide leads the way.enjoy the flora and fauna life as the altitude changes.upon arrival ,hot drinks is served,relax at the foot of high peaks .this day dinner is served early to give trekkers more time to relax and more so because of the next day`s ascent to the summit [peak lenana-4985 meters]

• Day 4 : shiptons camp to lenana and old moses camp

  pre-dawn [03;00 am] start ascending to the summit[peak lenana-4985 meters] to be there before sunrise.after sunrise its normally cold and windy.on a clear day,we are able to see mt.kilimanjaro,indian ocean among others,after photo session ,descend to the camp for breakfast and rest .further descend to old moses camp .dinner and overnight in the camp.

  after breakfast descend the forest to sirimon park gate to connect our transfer to nairobi
