Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : DELHI TO MANALI. [OVERNIGHT JOURNEY] (aprox 10 to 13 hrs)]

  Meals: DINNER
  
  Welcome to ROYALE tourism family.
  Reach Delhi railway station as per train schedule
  Reach by your own to Boarding Point at Delhi for Volvo around 18.00 hrs aprox.
  Or as per the timings on ticket booked. Boarding details will be given to you after booking of the package. (Seats are subject to availability)
  Overnight journey (Approx 10 to 13hrs) by AC Volvo Bus Semi Sleeper.

• Day 2 : MANALI

  Meals: BREAKFAST & DINNER
  
  Arrival at Manali in the morning Approx as per departure from Delhi
  Transfer to concerned hotel/Resort.
  After lunch visit to Manali local sight seen i.e. Hadimba Temple, Club, Tibetain Monastery, Van Vihar & Mall Road.
  Return back to the hotel
  O/N stay at hotel

• Day 3 : MANALI SOLANG VALLEY

  Meals: BREAKFAST & DINNER
  
  After Morning breakfast at the hotel
  Visit to Solang Valley to enjoy the activities i.e Paragliding, Horse riding, Ropeway etc [cost extra & payable directly to the vendor], also can visit Anjani Mahadev by walk, horse or ATV cost extra..
  Visit to Atal Tunnel [cost extra].
  If visit to Rohtang Paas (visit after Gulaba Barrier towards Rohtang Pass subject permit permission as per NGT guideline and directly payable by Guest after confirmation of Amount with our office at Manali through proper channel.
  Overnight stay at the Manali hotel

• Day 4 : KULLU MANIKARAN

  Meals: BREAKFAST & DINNER
  
  After Morning breakfast at the hotel
  Visit to Kullu Manikaran and Mata Vaishnoo Temple at Kullu
  Same day you can enjoy the white-water Rafting with extra cost at Babeli/Kullu
  Return back to the hotel
  Overnight stay at the hotel

  Check out from the hotel as per the check-out timings.
  Our car will drop at Pvt Bus Stand (any available car) to board the Volvo at 17.00 hrs or as per timings on your ticket to board.
  Overnight journey and reach Delhi [aprox 0700am to 0900am]. or as per the departure from manali (Please keep proper gap of 6 to 8 hours in between your landing and takeoff at airport or railways in Delhi)
  Here your trip come to an end with lots of happy and cheerful memories

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Itinerary subject to change without prior notice.
• If the company doesn’t receive the payments on given date then Royale tourism have all authority to cancel the tour and there will be no refunds.
• Royale reserve the right to cancel any tour. However, it shall not be liable for any loss/damage/additional expenses by the passengers.
• The company shall not be responsible for any sightseeing missed by the passengers.
• Self-exploring of nearby places without prior permission of tour guide is not permissible
• The company shall not be responsible for loss/damage caused due to the negligence of air carriers, hotel, coach, company etc.
• Any mis-happenings including personal accidents during the tour including train, bus, flight journey will not be the company’s responsibility.
• Penalty charged by the Railway Authority per head per train journey for not carrying identity Card will have to be borne by passengers.
• Sightseeing can be cancelled in case there is a public holiday, week off or whatsoever as per the terms of concerned government.it may also be cancelled on the spot during the tour case of calamity or lack of permission, rejection of application by the authorities or any kind of natural calamity which is out of control.
• Food Poisoning and other medical problems due to train pantry and outside food while on tour will not be the Company’s responsibility.
• Accidents, Misbehaviour, any other inappropriate activity by any person due to intake of drugs, cocaine or by products containing nicotine and alcohol will be not borne by the company.
• Any treatment at hospital, clinic, doctor on call facility will be chargeable and borne by the particular passenger.
• Choice of food not available.
• Given Food Menu will be different as per hotel.
• Organizers reserves full right to claim any additional expenses due to delay / breakdown of buses/ rail / Strikes / War / riot / Natural Calamities.
• In case of damages whatsoever done by the participants the cost of the same has to be borne by him / her.
• It is advisable that travellers should not carry much cash and valuables. Organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage.
• Hotel check in & check out timings as per hotels rules and regulations.

50 % at the Time of Booking - 50% before 15 to 20 days of Tour

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
After 7 days of booking if cancelled 20% of the Tour Cost will be chargeable.
45 Days prior to Departure 30% of the Tour Cost will be chargeable
30 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost will be chargeable.
15 Days to 07 Days prior to Departure 100% of the Tour Cost will be chargeable.
In case of no show 100% of the Tour cost Chargeable.

Refund: Refunds will be given in the form of credit shell only.
