• Day 1 : Gorakhpur to Pokhara - Transfer Enroute Sightseen Lumbini Approx Distance: 350 Km

  Post Breakfast in the Morning, Leave By Road for Sunouli. It is An Important Border Crossing Between India and Nepal. Later, Enjoy Sightseeing At Sunouli. Later, Continue with Your Drive Towards Lumbini-the Birth Place of Lord Buddha. there are Several ‘world Heritage Sites’ Which Has Lots to Offer for Sightseeing Which Include Visiting Bodhi Tree & Pond, Ashoka Pillar, Pillar Edict for Ashoka, Eternal Peace Flame, Lumbini Garden, Burmese Lokamani Kala Pagoda and Chinese Maitreya Temple. Finally, Head Towards Pokhara. Stay Overnight At the Hotel in Pokhara.

• Day 2 : Pokhara - Full Day Sightseeing (Vindhyasini ,Mahendra Cave, Gorakha museum, Gupteshwar Cave,David’s water fall, Fewa Lake) Approx Distance: 40 Km

  Early breakfast move from hotel till 10:30 am for enjoying Pokhara following sight seen with natural Annapurna rage excursion 1-Vindhyasini-------The main temple is devoted to goddess Bindhyabasini, a Bhagawati who is the incarnation of Kali. There are smaller temples of goddess Saraswati, Shiva, Hanuman, Ganesha in the premises. The temple is situated atop a small hill and can be accessed via stone staircases on the East and North East. The views of the Himalayas from the North of the temple are breathtaking while from the South one can see the expanse of Pokhara city. 2-Mahendra Cave-------- This is a rare example of a cave system in Nepal containing stalagmites and stalactites. This show cave attracts thousands of tourists every year. A statue of Hindu lord Shiva can be found inside the cave. 3- Gorakha museum- (Dedicated to Indian army) 4-Gupteshwar Cave--- (Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is a cave located opposite to Davis Fall, the water from Davis falls passes through this cave. Gupteshwor Mahadev cave is one of the major attractions of Pokhara) 5- Thundering David’s water fall (Its Nepali name is Patale Chango, which literal meaning is Paatal KO Chango means "Underworld's Waterfall". [3] This is one of the most visited places in Nepal.) 6- Fewa Lake (Tal Barahi Temple also known as Lake Temple or Barahi Temple is a two-story pagoda temple located in the Kaski District of the Gandaki Zone in western Nepal.[2] It is a Hindu temple of the Goddess Durga (Barahi), the protector of gods. It is located in a small island on the south east section of Phewa Lake in Pokhara. The temple is used for worship by Hindus. It can be reached by taking a boat from the Shore of Phewa Lake to reach Tal Barahi temple.

  Early Morning breakfast check out hotel. you will drive to Kathmandu is 210 kms from Pokhara and is a 7 hours drive approx. In good weather there are splendid views right from the hotel. On the way you have an option of doing river rafting or visit the Manakamna Temple “Goddess of Fulfilling Wishes” where you are taken by a cable ride (at extra cost) of 9 mins. Once you reach Kathmandu , check-in to your hotel and relax for some time.

Upon arrival at Janakpur, you will be transferred to the hotel. Janakpur is the birth place of Goddess Sita. This city is also known as Janakpurdham, which was founded in the early 18th century. According to oral tradition, an earlier city existed in the area, also known as Janakpurdham, which was the capital o Videha dynasty that ruled Mithila region in the ancient times. • Your contract is with Swaminarayan Trip Nepal, A contract exists between us when we haveconfirmed you on our tour of your choice and we have received your signed booking form and deposits. All the relevant section must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept booking form signed as this confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms and condition and are entering into the contract. For Customer: Please Send Your Approval Message to us if you are travelling with us.
• Deposit:
• Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 50 % of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company. If Your Flight cancelled or missed cause of Your Fault we are not eligible for any Refund.
• Complaints:
• We do our best to give passengers travelling on any of our holidays, an enjoyable and trouble free vacation but occasionally plans go wrong. Should you have any complaint, please inform your tour manager (at the same time), who will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify the company within 28 days of the tour ending in writing. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Any disputes between clients and Swaminarayan Trip Nepal Shall be governed by Jurisdiction on India.
• Surcharge:
• The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.
• Extra Cost on emergency or Uses of our Vehicle:
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (To be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot)? Please Note - that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary. Rights to amend the itinerary if required: Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.

• Swaminarayan Trip Nepal accepts the liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability. The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever is liable to the client or any person travelling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft howsoever caused; Any act, commission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused. Muktinath Nepal Yatra are unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and sea ports and similar event out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
• Liability:
• The company does not own or control hotels, coach or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour therefore, we cannot be held liable.
• Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier or agents.
• Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
• Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and is unforeseeable or unavoidable.
• Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
• Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier even with all due care could not foresee or foretell. We do take all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organization maintains standards and provide a service that is acceptable to the passengers.
