Day 1 : Arrival Guwahati Airport To Shillong

Arrive Guwahati airport and drive to Shillong .Evening free for personal activities. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Excursion Trip To Jowai & Back

After breakfast excursion to Jowai (via Northing) (65 kms / 2 ½ hrs drive) , Jowai (or Jwai) is the headquarters of Jaintia Hills district of the state of Meghalaya. Jowai is the home of the Pnar Tribes one of the most prominent and friendly tribes. Back to Shillong , Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 : Excursion Cherapunjee & Back

Early morning drive to Cherrapunjee. Enrooted we visit Shillong Peak, Elephanta Falls. On arrival we visit Nohkalikai Falls, Mousamai cave, Ramakrishna Mission. Return to Shillong in the evening ,Overnight stay at hotel

Day 4 : Excursion Mawsynram & Back

After breakfast excursion to Mawsynram (60 kms / 2 hrs drive – one way). Mawsynram of Meghalaya is located at a distance of 60 kms from Shillong. It is situated around 1 km towards the north of the village of Mawsynram. This place is famous for the gigantic formation of stalagmite, which resembles the shape of a 'Shivalinga'. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 5 : Shillong To Guwahati

After breakfast visit Shillong city including ward’s lake, Donbosco Musuem, cathedral church. Afternoon drive to Guwahati (120 Kms / 4 hrs drive). Overnight stay at hotel

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods : We request you to send us the booking through Email with the following details.
Itinerary name & number
Number of guest with breakup of number of rooms DBL/TRPL Child With Bed (CWB), & Child No Bed (CNB)
Arrival & Departure date with flight/train details
Once we received the booking. We will send you the confirmation with dead line of payment which is 50 % of Total tour cost to reconfirm the booking and final payment has to be settled 7 days prior to arrival date. in case the arrival date is within 7 days full payment required to re confirm the booking.

Payment Mode:
Payment can be remitted through any of the following modes and subject to realization.
Demand Draft in favor of “ Air Corporates “ payable at Guwahati
At per cheque: issue in the name of “Air Corporates” and may deposit in your nearest Bank Branch. ∙ Bank Transfer ( NEFT/RTGS)
On request by digital invoice to make payment through Debit / Credit Card.

Note: in case any remittance/ Card fee, that has to bear by you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :Amendment: Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge of INR 5000.00 OR actual raised by the providers, which will vary from case to case.
Amendment in number of Guest: In case of reduction in the number of passengers, the cost will be increased as per our tariff and the supplement for the same has to be added along with the final payment. In such cases, please note that the advance deposit for the passengers not traveling cannot be adjusted or redeemed

Cancellation: After the receipt of advance payments, if the tour is cancelled for the reasons attributable to the inconveniences of the tourists, payments will be refunded to the extent as follows:
7 days or less before the tour commencement date: No refund
7 days to 30 days: 25% of the paid amount
31 days to 60 days: 50% of the amount
61 days to 90 days: 75% of the amount

Refund: Refund against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid directly to the source through whom the client is booked. It would take at least 15 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilized services example – meals, entrance fee, optional, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air). All refund made will be in INR (Indian Rupees).
