Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : (Pick up from Bagdogra/NJP)

  Arrive at Bagdogra airport or NJP station and meet our representative. Our representative will transfer you to Gangtok, the state capital of Sikkim. Gangtok is situated 5480 ft above sea level. You can tour around the city and visit the famous Rumtek Monastery/Jhakri Falls and Enchay Monastery on the way to the hotel. Reach the hotel and rest for the day. Enjoy local food and drinks at the MG Marg in the evening. Overnight stay in a hotel in Gangtok.

• Day 2 : (Gangtok to Lachen)

  Get up early in the morning, have breakfast and leave for Lachen. Reach Lachen within 6 hours and enjoy the amazing picturesque views on the way. On the way to Lachen, you can enjoy Tashi View Point, Kabi Lungstok, Seven sister waterfalls and Naga waterfalls. Reach the hotel for late lunch and rest for the day. Overnight stay at Lachen.

• Day 3 : (Gurudongmar Trip)

  After early morning breakfast, leave for Gurudongmar lake. It will take approximately 3 hours to reach the point. The lake is situated around 17,800 ft above sea level. Enjoy the view and return to the hotel for lunch. Leave for Lachung. Reach Lachung and overnight stay in the Lachung hotel.

• Day 4 : (Lachung and Yumthang valley tour)

  With an early morning breakfast, start for the mesmerising and breathtaking beauty of Yumthang valley. You can visit Zero point, situated 15,000 ft above sea level (optional as extra cost needed for permit). With a 1.30 hour drive around the valley of flowers and rivers, you are surely going to have the most beautiful time of your life. Lunch in a roadside cafe and return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Lachung.

• Day 5 : (Katao Excursion and Return to Gangtok)

  After an early morning breakfast with a packed lunch, leave for Gangtok. On the way, you will get the opportunity of visiting the spectacular Katao valley. This valley is open only during summers and will let you enjoy the beauty of nature. Reach Gangtok and do shopping and rest for the day.
