THE CRUISEMAN Holidays will be responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest and present in inclusion items.. All other services which are not paid by the guest or not mentioned in inclusion list of the package are suggested services and THE CRUISEMAN Holidays is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same. In situations beyond our control like riots, flood, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. Likewise if the customer has to leave the tour mid-way due to any reasons including and not limited to death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
The customer having any complain regarding our service including and not limited to hotels, house boats, transport etc. they are advised to inform our operations manager immediately, so that the same be readdressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same will be entertained after the tour programs.
Confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 50% of the payment as advance and rest of the amount on or before 10 days of the tour date otherwise booking will be released automatically without any further intimation from our end. In case when the trip is booked only within 10 days of the tour date 100% of the payment has to be made while booking. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300hrs and the standard check-out time is 1200hrs Your package is fully refundable if the cancellation is done 30 days in advance of your arrival date. The cancellation charges for your package will be based on the below scheme.
Zero percent cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days in advance.
50 percent of total package if cancelled before 15 to 29 days of your arrival.
No refund if cancelled within 15 days of your arrival.
The cost of the flight tickets need to be paid in full and in advance in order to confirm the flight tickets. Any change in the cost of flights at the time of booking will be intimated to you and booked only after your confirmation. Variation in cost of flights is beyond the control of THE CRUISEMAN and hence THE CRUISEMAN cannot be held accountable for the change in flight cost. You are requested to pay 50% an advance payment enabling us to confirm your FIT or GIT bookings within 48 Hours and 50% payment before the date of Arrival otherwise booking will be released without any further information from our end

As discussed with you, the details related to your query are as below;
Sonmarg: After Sonmarg, there is a Point called Zero point away from Sonmarg, Thajwas Glacier and activities like Fish Point (Under Water Balloon Ride). There is only a Union Cab, Charges for Union Cab: 3500/-to 5000/- (Negotiable)
Gulmarg: Gondola Ride is there (Rope Way). In Gondola, you will find Snow and other activities related to snow. Tickets Are fixed as per Govt. fare i.e. Rs. 740 for 1st phase & 1690 for 1 & 2ndphase. Pahalgam: Chandanwari, Aru Valley & Betaab Valley is there, where only Union Taxi is allowed and the fare as per the vehicle rates starts from 1250 to 3000 (Depends on Points). BAISERAN is the best place to visit in Pahalgam though it is not a snow covered area but the place has its own natural beauty. Either you go by walk or by Horse Riding, or other activities are there.
In Katra for Pithu/Palki / Pony services Municipal Committee Katra has fixed the rates and they are displayed on the rate card outside their booking office at Banganga. If someone is over charging above the listed rates it is up to you how hard you can bargain.
In Srinagar if you are staying at the Houseboat: - Shikara Ride are complimentary, do not pay for the same.
It is not mandatory for guest to take ponies in Gulmarg & Pahalgam to visit all the important tourist spots, all the major tourist attraction point are in close proximity so you can walk it down. However if still you wish to take poly ride/sledging / rafting etc. the rates the highly negotiable. Please bargain to your max.
Sightseeing to Aru Valley / Betaab Valley / Chandanwari at Pahalgam will be by local taxi union only. Due to union outside vehicles cannot enter these places. The rate is highly negotiable if you wish to visit these places. You have to pay extra directly.

What Will Be The Mode Of Payment?

On written confirmation of your package from your end, we will request you to make an initial advance payment of INR 6,000 to activate your package. The initial payment is to be made online in the below mentioned company account number.
Remaining amount needs to be paid on your arrival in Kashmir.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
