Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Leh

  Upon your arrival in Leh, you will be greeted by our associate who will then escort you to your hotel in Leh. On reaching your hotel, complete your check-in formalities, take some rest and then head out for your sightseeing tour.
  You can take a tour of the bazaar on this day. The Leh bazaar has some wonderful shopping items, like Tibetan handicrafts, Pashmina Shawls and also dry fruits. Later, you will visit Shanti Stupa.
  The stupa is renowned for its white dome. The place is a Buddhist spiritual monument that holds the relics of Buddha, consecrated by the 14th Dalai Lama. The highlight of this stupa is its Tibetan architecture.
  The next destination in Leh will be a visit to the 3 Idiots school. This is the same school that was used as Rancho’s school in 3 Idiots. This is where the climax of the movie 3 Idiots was shot. Since then, this school is a popular tourist destination.
  The last destination for the day is Leh Palace. It is known as ‘Lhachen Palkhar’ and is a 17th-century royal palace. The palace now houses a museum and it’s a tourist attraction.
  After this tiring day, head back to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

• Day 2 : Excursion to Sham Valley

  Begin your day with a healthy breakfast at your hotel in Leh. Post that you will leave for your day tour of Sham Valley.
  In Sham Valley, the first tourist attraction planned for you is the Gurudwara Pather Sahib. This gurudwara was constructed in the memory of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The Buddhists consider Nanak Ji as their holy adviser and still go to the gurudwara to seek blessings. Not just them, but many tourists from around the world come to the gurudwara. It is said that the gurudwara houses a rock that resembles Guru Nanak’s back.
  Your next destination will be Magnetic Hills. Said to be the most fun destination of Leh. According to the force of gravity, vehicles climbing a slope usually fall back, right? But here at Magnetic Hills, these vehicles do not fall down but move upwards. Yes, it is true and on your Magical Ladakh Tour, you can experience it yourself.
  Post this, you will visit the Confluences of Zanskar and Indus. This sightseeing point is where Indus and Zanskar meet. The river Indus has hues of green in its water and Zanskar is blue in colour. Their fusion of colours is a sight to witness.
  You will also make visits to Alchi Gompa, the oldest gompa in Leh and then to Ladakh Hall of Fame. 0The hall of fame was built in memory of the brave Indian soldiers who lost their lives fighting for India during the Indo-Pak war.
  After this thrilling excursion, you will return to your hotel for a goodnight’s sleep and some delicious dinner.

• Day 3 : Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass (160.3 km. / 4 hrs. 43 minutes, Height 10,000m)

  After early morning breakfast at the hotel, you will be taking a road trip from Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass. So, keep your luggage ready to leave for the road trip.
  The pass is known to be the highest motorable road. Bikers keep passing through this pass and many come only to visit and bask in the beauty of Khardungla. It is surrounded by snow-covered mountains, which make up a lovely backdrop. Before you reach Nubra Valley, you can spend some time there before you continue your trip to Nubra Valley.
  Once you reach Nubra Valley, you can reach your hotel and complete your check-in formalities before you begin your sightseeing tour.
  The first destination on your itinerary is Diskit Monastery. This monastery is also known as Diskit Gompa and is the oldest monastery in Nubra. The highlight of this monastery is its architecture.
  Next on the line-up is Hunder Village. It is famous for its sand dunes and Bactrian camel rides. Lastly, you will visit the Panamik Hot Springs. This spring is located at the Siachen Glacier and is known to have medicinal properties.
  Once you finish with your sightseeing tour, head back to your hotel for dinner and a night stay.

• Day 4 : Nubra to Pangong via Shayok River (140 km. / 6 hours, Height 4,250m)

  It is time for yet another road trip through the beautiful mountains of Leh-Ladakh on your Magical Ladakh Tour. This time you will be heading to Pangong Lake via Shayok River.
  Shayok river originates from the high altitudes of the Rimo Glacier. Its water is so clear that it feels like a mirror. You will love spending some peaceful time at the lake. It will take you away from the pollution and noise of city life and will help you experience the sound of silence.
  In Pangong, you will be in awe of the lake. Once you reach the lake, get settled in and make yourself comfortable at the campsite. You can spend your leisure time by the lake or exploring the beautiful surroundings.
  At night, enjoy a hot dinner and an overnight stay at the campsite.

• Day 5 : Pangong to Leh (222.9 km. / 5 hours. 29 minutes, Height 3,500m)

  On Day 5, you will be leaving for Leh after breakfast at your campsite. Upon your arrival in Leh, you can complete your check-in formalities and then enjoy your leisure time.
  Take a walk in the streets of Leh, get to know the locals, go shopping again or just relax at the hotel. At night, enjoy your dinner at the hotel and take some rest.

• Day 6 : Departure from Leh
