Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival NJP/Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok

  Your Gangtok tour starts today. Our representative will attend to you on arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction). From here, we will be assisting your transfer to Gangtok, nearly 135 kilometers which is a 4.5 to 5 hour drive.
  Check into the hotel for an overnight stay at Gangtok. The evening is free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or the local Shopping center. Take ample rest in your hotel room and enjoy the leisure activities of the hotel property.

• Day 2 : Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (Full Day)

  Start your morning with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Next is the Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir excursion, nearly 40 kilometers.
  The drive to Nathu La Pass, entry to the Republic of China, is nearly 20 kilometers and is an optional tour. However, the beauty of the place and the thrill of being almost to another nation tempt you for a ride. After your day tour, get back to Gangtok for an overnight stay at the hotel. The evening is kept free for your leisure. (In case of a landslide or any reasons if Tsomgo Lake is closed, alternative sightseeing will be provided.)

• Day 3 : Drive to Lachen from Gangtok

  Start the next day with an early morning breakfast in the hotel. Then, the drive to Lachenwaits. The 135 kilometers journey makes a 5-6 hour drive. Stop at Chungthang (96 kilometers from Gangtok) for lunch. Post lunch, the drive continues to Lachen (35 kilometers from Chungthang).
  By early evening you will make your way to Lachen. Check into a hotel and unwind. The evening is free at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Excursion to Gurudongmar Lake and Drive to Lachung

  Start another day with an early morning breakfast in the hotel. Next is the visit to Gurudongmar Lake, which is 55 km from Lachen. The almost 4 hours drive takes you on an adventure. The views are exciting and as the day is starting, the first rays of sun color everything in its splendid light.
  The next activity is a drive back to your hotel for lunch. The ride back offers spectacular views. After lunch, drive to Lachung.
  From your vehicle's windows, you see valleys full of mists and forests of Rhododendron blooms. Check into the hotel at Lachung and freshen up. Evening you must check out the Lachung Monastery. The fluttering prayer flags, the peace, and the pleasant people will make way into your hearts and cherished memories. Return to the hotel for overnight stay and rest.

• Day 5 : Visit Yumthang Valley & Drive to Gangtok

  The next day starts with breakfast in the hotel. Next on the schedule is the drive towards Yumthang, situated at nearly 11,800 feet. The one-hour drive to beautiful Yumthang crosses through the famous hot spring known for its curative properties for skin diseases.
  After your visit is concluded, return to your hotel in Lachung for lunch. Post lunch, you will be driven back to Gangtok. You reach your hotel in the evening. You can spend some time exploring and collecting last-minute experiences. Then, return for your overnight rest.

• Day 6 : Journey back home

  Your North Sikkim Tour Package ends as you drive back Gangtok.
  Your North Sikkim Tour Package ends as you drive back to Gangtok. After breakfast, pack your bags as your ride awaits. Then, get your ride back to Siliguri / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction). The nearly 135 kilometers will be covered in a 4.5 to 5 hours drive. Return home with cherished memories of the North Sikkim tour.

• Zero Point, Katao, Kalapathar and any other places not mentioned in itinerary. However you can visit those places by paying extra to driver. Rs.3500/- per point
• Meals and rooms at Gangtok.
• Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, room heater, bon-fire, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porterage
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
• If the road gets closed on the way once the permit is issued and couldn't visit the destination than no money will refund.*
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
10 days prior to arrival: 30% of the Tour / service cost
04 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
72 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
