Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Cochin to Munnar

  After arrival at Cochin Air Port / Railway station proceed to Munnar & transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the scenic beauty as you move by the winding road. Sprawling tea gardens with tall trees jutting out of sharp cliff & a plethora of windflowers in a riot of colors, picturesque waterfalls, cheeyapara water fall which is a breathtaking experience & Valara water fall is a chain of water fall surrounded by a thick forest. Munnar is a picturesque hill station situated in the eastern part of Kerala with lush green carpeted tea & coffee plantation surrounding it. Overnight at the hotel

• Day 2 : Munnar

  After breakfast visit Mattupetty Dam which is an artificial lake built by a small hydroelectric project & Echo point. Flower Garden, it’s a lake which is surrounded by picturesque mountain slopes of tea garden. Tata tea museum – that houses photography &machinery, each depicting a turning point that contributed to the flourishing tea industry, blossom park is a spot which comprises beautiful gardens with rare species of plants & flowers as well as shady trees, Eravikulum national park visit. Overnight at the hotel.
• Day 3 : Munnar to Thekkady

  After breakfast from munnar resort proceed to Thekkady en-route visit green hills,Gap View Point plantation visit, trekking atextra cost if interested, boating at Periyar Lake. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Thekkady To Alleppey

  After breakfast from Thekkady resort proceed to AlleppeyMeal Plan – All Meals (Welcome Drink, Lunch, Tea Snacks, Dinner ,Breakfast(Next Day))
  Check in at 11 Noon at Alleppey. Start cruising through the Punnamada Lake, venue of the famous Nehru Trophy Boat Race. Enter the enchanting waters of the Vembanad Lake; enjoy the panoramic views and the glimpses of the life along the banks.
  
  Enter Marthandam Kayal , the High Points of the cruise are the visit to the Historic church which was made by a land lord for his labours (chithira church, which opens once in an year ) . Proceed to R-block , Visit Chavara Bhavan-the old wooden house where the blessed Kuriakore Elias Chavara was born (if interested you can go for a village walk and visit chavara bhavan). Lunch in the House Boat. Start cruising towards kuppapuram, kannitta, Irumpanam Canal and finally anchor around 5 pm at Meenapally Kayal for night stay. If interested you can enjoy doing fishing.

• Day 5 : Alleppey to Kumarakom

  Next day by 8 a.m start cruising through Irumpanam canal, Kannitta, Vilakkumaram thodu , Thathampally kayal (where you can see the snake boats occasionally ) & finally drop you back at finishing point. Check out by 9.00 AM at Alleppey.
  
  After breakfast from houseboat , procced to Kumarakom .Enjoy Thannermukkam Bund, Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary and Drift Museum and overnight stay in the Resort.

• Day 6 : Kumarakom to Cochin

  After breakfast from Kumarakom, proceed to Cochin and finally drop at Cochin airport / Railway station.
