Day 3 : Jeep tour – Chunkurchak – Issyk Ata
Wake up early in the morning for your breakfast at the hotel. After a brief orientation, hop into the jeep and embark on your adventure. Our first stop will be Chunkurchak Gorge and its namesake ski base, which is about 1.5 hours away. Along the way, we'll pause to capture stunning panoramic views of Bishkek and the Chui Valley. Once we explore Chunkurchak, we'll continue our journey to the Issyk Ata resort, which takes another 1 to 1.5 hours. Upon arrival, you can stroll through the area to see remnants of the Soviet era, including a statue of Lenin, before heading to the famous local waterfall. The walk to the waterfall is easy, taking about 30 minutes one way, with minimal elevation gain. Feel free to relax in the hot springs and wander around the park. Spend some time at the waterfall—note that in winter, it will be completely frozen—take photos, and then return to the jeep.
