Have breakfast in Nairobi and drive to Lake Nakuru. One of the park's main highlights is the vibrant display of flamingoes that flock to the lake's shores. These magnificent birds, with their striking pink plumage, create a breathtaking spectacle as they gather in large numbers. The lake's rich alkaline waters provide an ideal environment for the growth of algae, which serves as their primary food source, thus attracting thousands of flamingos. In addition to the flamingos, Lake Nakuru National Park is also home to an impressive variety of wildlife. The park boasts a healthy population of both black and white rhinos, making it one of the best places in Africa to spot these endangered creatures. Visitors can also encounter other iconic African species such as buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and antelopes. The park's dense acacia woodlands provide a haven for leopards, while its open grasslands offer prime grazing grounds for herbivores. Upon arrival in Lake Nakuru, where you will arrive in good time for lunch, you will check in at the Lodge and have lunch after which you will engage in an evening game drive, then later get back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 : NAKURU-MASAI MARA
On this day, wake up before the Sun, prepare yourself to drive to the Incredible Mara, have breakfast and drive to Mara plains. The search for some 95 species of mammals, amphibians and reptiles and over 400 bird’s species recorded on the reserve begins. A Maasai Mara safari is an unmissable highlight of any holiday in Kenya. There are breathtaking panoramas in every direction, a vast range of wildlife including the Big Five, and a rich cultural heritage to explore. Kenya’s Maasai Mara is, without a doubt, one of the greatest safari destinations in Africa. Between July and October, things get busy in the Great Rift Valley. Millions of zebras and wildebeest make the perilous crossing across the Masai Mara in search of new grazing territory. In their wake comes a veritable horde of predators including lion and leopard. You will arrive at the Lodge in good time for lunch, then after lunch and some freshening up go for an evening game drive at the reserve, as you enjoy the beautiful sunset at the plains. You can also choose to have a cultural Maasai Village visit (additional cost), where you will be entertained by Maasai morans and get an overview of the prestigious Masai culture after which you'll return to lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
Overnight at selected lodge Masai Mara (LUNCH, DINNER, BREAKFAST)
Day 5 : MASAI MARA
Full day spent in the wild. A truly 'once in a lifetime' experience, flying in a Hot Air Balloon over the Masai Mara plains is an evocative experience that you have the chance to enjoy during any safari you take to Maasai Mara. The balloon takes offs at the break of dawn, around 6am, gliding silently during the ride over the savannah grasslands below where you may spot a variety of wildlife. The flight lasts an hour and concludes with a ''Champagne Bush Breakfast'' at the balloon landing site in the wilderness. The balloon is flown by a fully qualified and experienced Pilot and the balloons themselves are most often made by Cameron, a specialist hot air balloon manufacturer in Great Britain. The basket sizes vary and it is best to book the ride in advance as space is typically limited to a maximum of 16 passengers per balloon, often less if flying with a smaller basket. (additional cost) Overnight at selected lodge Masai Mara (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)
Day 6 : DEPART
On this day you will wake up, enjoy your breakfast as you prepare to leave the beautiful country with all the sweet memories gathered from the safari. You will be then dropped at the airport in good time for your departure flight as you meditate on the wonderful experience gained over the safari.
If you feel you have missed out anything, don’t worry! This gives you enough reason to visit Kenya again!!
