Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Nairobi to Masai Mara Game Reserve

Pickup from the hotel at 7:30 a.m., drive to the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley, take pictures of the breathtaking sceneries found on this rift valley which is approximately 6,000 kilometers (3,700 miles) in length, that runs from Lebanon's Beqaa Valley in Asia to Mozambique in South Eastern Africa.

Descend the escarpment as you continue to enjoy the beautiful sceneries and head to Narok town, have a lunch stopover in the biggest Masai town then proceed to Masai Mara to arrive at the campsite by late afternoon.

After refreshments, you will have an afternoon game drive in Masaai Mara famous for its black-maned lions and yearly migration of wildebeests. Dinner and overnight at Lenchada Tented Tourist Camp.

  • Day 2 : Full Day in Masai Mara Game Reserve

A full day will be spent with game drives across the rich, tree-studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-maned lions, leopards and cheetahs, numerous elephants, and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya.

Enjoy your packed lunch by the banks of the famous Mara River where millions of wildebeests cross every year. Dinner and overnight at the Lenchada Tented Tourist Camp.

  • Day 3 : Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

There will be a pre-breakfast game drive then return to the campsite for late breakfast, leave your campsite and proceed to Lake Nakuru with a lunch stopover at Narok. Arrive at Lake Nakuru Lodge in the late afternoon and spend the rest of the day at your own leisure with optional activities available, payable directly to the hotel reception.

One of the Great Rift Valley's most famous soda lakes is Lake Nakuru. The lake offers visitors the chance to witness one of the world's most spectacular wildlife sights: brilliant pink flamingos as far as the eye can see.

When conditions are right, between one and two million lesser and greater flamingoes, feed around the shores of the shallow lake, which together with tens of thousands of other water birds within a species list of around 400 birds, make Lake Nakuru a genuine ornithologist's paradise. Dinner and overnight at Lanet Matfarm Resort.

  • Day 4 : Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, proceed for an extensive morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park to see the many animals that inhabit this unique park. Later leave Lake Nakuru National Park to proceed to Amboseli National Park with lunch en route. Arrive at Kimana Amboseli Tented Camp in the late evening and spend the rest of the day at your own leisure.

Amboseli National Park, the second most popular animal park after Maasai Mara, is 260 kilometers (160 miles) from Nairobi, on the border with the neighboring country of Tanzania. Its magnificent situation at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, combined with its excellent opportunities to view Kenya's animals, make it one of the most-visited safari parks in Kenya.

Amboseli is renowned for its large herds of free-ranging African elephants. There are over 900 African elephants in Amboseli, as well as huge herds of wildebeests and many other animals including giraffes, African lions, monkeys, zebras, hyenas, and antelopes. Dinner and overnight at Kimana Tented Camp.

  • Day 5 : Full Day in Amboseli National Park

Morning and evening game drive in Amboseli National Park with an optional tour to Maasai village to experience their traditional way of life and dances.

Amboseli National Park offers one of the most classic and breathtaking views of the gigantic Mount Kilimanjaro which is the highest freestanding mountain in the world. You will have a chance to visit Observation Hill, which overlooks the park, swamps and, of course, the herds of free-roaming elephants. All meals and overnight at the Kimana Tented Camp.

  • Day 6 : Amboseli National Park to Nairobi

After breakfast, leave the campsite for the last game drive in the park as you leave Amboseli National Park for Nairobi with picnic lunch served en-route. Arrive in Nairobi late afternoon, you will be dropped to your Nairobi hotel or at the airport for your flight back home. This marks the end of the safari full of unforgettable memories.
