  Travel magic holidays the driver Vishnu kartik I will call him assistant tour operator and guide a truly gem of a person very humble helpful kindful cheerful and always ready to help tx vishnu for being there for me and my family during our family holiday alleppy house boat was ok tekkdy was good munnar 3days stay at misty lake resort was a night mare they was a Lizard hoping and crawling in the room with flying insect and to make matters worse a cockrage on the bed on the pillow this property is away from the city centre in a desserted area not reccomented or suitable for family. On requesting to change the room they first flatly refused saying no rooms a/v then when my tour operator travel magic holidays manager spoke they changed our room the H/k is very pathetic extreemly poor to poor service over all a very very poor and lerthagic place to stat any one thinking to stay at this place pl think twice before staying there tx
