Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Gangtok (Bagdogra Airport/NJP)

  Your Darjeeling Gangtok tour starts with your arrival at Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station. From here, you will be transferred to Gangtok. Then, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel and relax.
  The rest of the time is at your leisure. First, you can explore nearby attractions. Later, return to the hotel for a restful sleep.

• Day 2 : Full Day Gangtok Sightseeing

  Wake up to a hearty breakfast and embark on a sightseeing tour of Gangtok. Next, you will head towards the popular Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir.
  Post that, return to Gangtok. You can go shopping at MG Road and Lal Bazaar in the evening. You can buy wall paintings, carpets, tea, Sikkim's traditional dress, etc.By evening, return to your hotel and sleep restfully.

• Day 3 : Visit Scenic & Religious Attractions of Gangtok

  Greet your day with breakfast and start with another sightseeing tour of Gangtok. Today, you will explore - Tashi Viewpoint, Ganesh Tok, Banjhakri Falls, Do-Drul Chorten, Research Institute of Tibetology, and the Directorate of Handicrafts & Handlooms.
  Also, visit Chorten and Orchid sanctuary, where you can spot 400+ species of orchid native to Sikkim, as per the season. In the evening, return to the hotel for a sound sleep.

• Day 4 : Gangtok - Darjeeling (97 km/ 4 hrs approx.)

  Wake up to a delicious breakfast and complete the check-out formalities. Today, you will be transferred to Darjeeling. Here you also have the luxury of exploring its beautiful surroundings on the UNESCO acclaimed Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, famous as the toy train.
  On arrival, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel, and relax. The rest of the day will be free, so you can spend it at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Full Day Darjeeling Tour

  Wake up early and start your day afresh with a trip to Tiger Hill. Being the highest point of Darjeeling, Tiger Hill offers some of the best sights of the Himalayas, good to be visited early in the morning. Imagine yourself standing in front of the mighty Kanchenjunga peak, bathing in the golden hues of the rising sun!
  After that, drive back to your hotel for a hearty breakfast and prepare for a Darjeeling tour. You will cover some popular attractions of the town, including Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. Later, visit the aromatic tea estates. Sip on famous Darjeeling tea and revive your senses.
  Also, visit the incredible Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, Peace Pagoda, and the Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center. The production of Tibetan handicrafts is the major activity here. After having an action-packed day, return to your hotel and relax.
  Note: Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and Himalayan Mountaineering Institute are closed on Thursdays.

• Day 6 : Departure

  This is the last day of the Darjeeling Gangtok tour package. So pack your bags and, post breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will have an assisted transfer to the New Jalpaiguri railway station/Bagdogra airport for your journey back home.
