Day 1 : NJP Rly Station / Bagdogra or Pakyong Airport to Gangtok

After you arrive at New Jalpaiguri railway station (Siliguri) or Bagdogra Airport (Siliguri) or Pakyong Airport (Sikkim), our representative will be waiting for you to transfer you to Gangtok (around 5,500 ft.).. It is nearly 135kms away at an altitude of around 5500ft. It takes nearly four and a half hours by taxi to enter the gateway of Sikkim at Rangpoo town and to reach the hotel.

Check in the hotel. Explore the quaint hill town overlooking the magnificent Himalayan range. Enjoy your cuisine and stay at Darjeeling hotel.

Day 2 : Gangtok Local Sightseeing

After morning breakfast and go for a sightseeing tour. As per your itinerary, today you will be visiting Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Enchey Monastery & Banjhakri Falls (maximum 6 hours). After Dinner overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.

Day 3 : Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

After morning breakfast and go for a sightseeing tour According to your pre-decided schedule, you will be visiting Tsomgo Lake (12,400 Feet), a high-altitude lake that is sacred to both Hindus and Buddhist. After spending few minutes at the lake, you will visit the Baba Mandir (13,200 Feet). After Dinner overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.
N. B: In the case of the landslide, you won't be able to reach Tsomgo Lake (12,400 Feet), an alternative will be arranged for you.

Day 4 : Gangtok to Darjeeling (120 Km./ 5 hrs):

Take breakfast and leave for Darjeeling which is at a distance of 130 Km. This four hour drive overlooking the magnificent Himalayan Ranges with Tea Gardens on both side of the road offers impressive view. After arrival, check-in to Hotel. You can spend the rest of the day exploring the bazaars of this scenic hill town where you can discover exclusive Tibetan artefacts and excellent quality of tea leaves. After Dinner overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.

Day 5 : Darjeeling Sightseeing:

Before sunrise get ready to visit Tiger Hills. Here you can witness the breathtaking sunrise. The first rays touch the Kanchenjunga Mountains and transform the entire area with its vibrant glow. Enroute see the well known Ghoom Monastery and the Batasia loop. Come back to the hotel. Take breakfast and later visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. From here you can go the Himalayan Zoo and visit the famous Japanese Temple and Rock garden. A trip to Gangamaiya Park as well as the Tibetan Handicraft Centre is a must .A visit to Botanical Garden will help you discover rare trees, plants and flowers.

Day 6 : Darjeeling to Siliguri/Bagdogra (90 km / 3 hrs):

Leave for Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station which takes nearly four hours for onward journey.

Payment Terms & Methods : PAYMENT POLICY
For the services contracted, some advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid either upon arrival or but definitely before the commencement of the services.
We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.
During the peak season (X-Mas, New Year and any other festival) full payment is required to be sent in advance.

TERMS AND CONDITION
All itineraries are sample itineraries to give you a general idea of the tours/travel schedule. The aforesaid tours/travel once booked may be subjected to change due unforeseen reasons. Tours/travel once booked can be and we reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in advance. All baggage's & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

We may have to make changes in your tours/travel planning and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes to your planned tour/travel or anything related to your planned tours/travel, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible.

Any changes if you or as whole group want to make to your travel plan or schedule or whatsoever in related to your tour/travel arrangements so scheduled is/will be entertained four days before the said date of tour/travel. If you want to make any changes in your holiday plan and/or after confirmation of services so provided, if you wish to make any change to your travel arrangements in any way, we will do our best to make the changes but may not always be possible. Any request for the changes must be in writing from the person who makes the booking. All the cost incurred due to the changes in whatsoever of your or as whole group will be borne by you or as whole group.
If we are unable to provide the booked planned travel due to any reasons beyond our control we shall first try to offer you an alternative in whatsoever for the tours/travel, if the tours/travel hasn’t yet been commenced.
If the tours/travel has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you depending on the portion of the tours/travel utilized by you or as whole group and/or depending upon the whatsoever arrangements and scheduled so related to your tours/travel.
However, our liability to refunding to you or as whole group the price we charged as service charge/fees is not deemed to as to in whatsoever conditions be refunded back.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :In case of cancellation of tours/travel services due to any reason(s) whatsoever we must be informed in writing.
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing. The cancellation charges would be as follows: -
15 days and above prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost.
07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.
02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost.
Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.
In regard to refund of unused which are paid for and cancelled in advance the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 6 – 7 business days due to banking procedures.
If the refund is made to the credit card account or to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
In case of peak season above cancellation policy is not applicable and for such separate cancellation policy is applicable and the cancellation charges which would be advised as required.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement of tours/travel refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
