Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Drive to Shillong

  Meet and greet at airport / railway station. Drive to Shillong. Evening free for shopping. Overnight in Shillong.

• Day 2 : Cherrapunjee (56 km

  Early morning proceed to Cherrapunjee (56 km), the wettest place on earth. Enjoy a pleasant drive to see roaring waterfalls leaping into deep gorges, including the famed Nohsngithiang falls. The lovely town is also famous for its limestone caves and orange honey. Watch the Dain-Thlen Falls, Noh-Kalikai Falls, Noh-Sngithiang Falls and also drive to the Mawsmai Cave, Thangkharang Park. Return to Shillong for overnight stay.

• Day 3 : Enjoy local sightseeing

  Enjoy local sightseeing of the, Scotland of the East, Shillong. Your city tour includes Churches, Lady Hydari Park, the Orchidarium, The Elephanta Falls, Golf Course and drive to the Shillong peak to enjoy a splendid view of Shillong. Later drive to Kaziranga National Park. Overnight at Kaziranga.

• Day 4 : Jeep Safari and Elephant Safari at Kaziranga National Park

  Morning enjoy Jeep Safari and Elephant Safari at Kaziranga National Park. (Safari and Activities at own expense). You may visit the nearby tea gardens and explore the region to get the true flavor of the region. Overnight at Kaziranga.

• Day 5 : Visit The Local Emporiums For Ethnic Local Products

  In Guwahati visit the local Emporiums for ethnic local products. You may also opt to spend you evening at Balajee Temple or take a cruise across the river Brahmaputra, if time permits. (cruise at additional expenses). Overnight in Guwahati.

• Day 6 : Take A Temple Tour To Pay Your Obeisance At The Maa Kamakhya Temple

  Morning you may take a temple tour to pay your obeisance at the Maa Kamakhya Temple, Nabagraha Temple, Sukleshwar Temple. In time transfer for onward journey.
