Day 1 : Arrive Jaipur
Arrival at Jaipur. Checkin at Hotel & after breakfast start for full day local sightseeing in Jaipur. Visit Amber Fort & Palace, "Gaitore" Cenetophs (Front View), take a photo stop at Jal Mahal, City Palace & Museum, Jantar Mantar (Observatory) and take a photo stop at Hawa Mahal. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
Day 2 : Jaipur Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, we checkout from hotel and proceed for local sightseeing. First visit to Amber Fort (11 kms from the city) built by Raja Mansingh-I in 1592. It is located high on a hill overlooking Maota Lake on the forefront and can be reached by Jeep or on the elephant back. After this visit to Jaigarh Fort (15 kms from the city). It is located 400 m higher than Amber fort and was built by Swai Jai Singh-III. One of the important feature of the fort is Cannon named “jaivana” which was then worlds largest cannon on the wheel. After this Drive past to Hawa Mahal - the palace of wind & visit to City Palace which is located in the heart of the city. It was constructed by Maharaja Sawai Mansingh-II. The most famous structure of the city palace are the Chandra Mahal, the Mubarak Mahal, Maharani’s Palace, Shri Govind Dev Temple and City Palace Museum. Nearby walk to Jantar Mantar an astronomical observatory. Overnight stay at Hotel in Jaipur.
Day 3 : Jaipur to Jodhpur (6hrs.)
Check out from Hotel and proceed for Jodhpur, the home of Rathores the city boasts of a rich heritage and culture and has a flourishing handicrafts industry. On arrival transfer to the hotel and afternoon proceed for sightseeing of Jodhpur visiting Mehrangarh Fort - which houses some of the most intricately adorned palaces and latticed windows, Jaswant Thada - it is the memorial of Maharaja Jaswant Singh & Umaid Bhavan Palace- the unique feature of this palace is the fact that hand chiseled sandstone blocks have been put together in a special system of interlocking there is no mortar binding. There are excellent museum housing models of airplanes, weapons, antique clocks etc. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 : Jodhpur Local Sightseeing
Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a sightseeing tour of the erstwhile Marwar capital. From the imposing Meherangarh Fort to the delicately wrought jharokhas of the havelis, the citadel has some of the finest examples of Rajput masony.At the foot of the fort lies the Jaswant Thada, a richly carved white marble cenotaph. later Visit Umaid Bhawan Palace, located at Jodhpur in Rajasthan, India, is one of the world's largest private residences. A part of the palace is managed by Taj Hotels. Named after Maharaja Umaid Singh, grandfather of the present owner Gaj Singh of the palace, this edifice has 347 rooms and serves as the principal residence of the erstwhile Jodhpur royal family. A part of the palace also houses a museum. Umaid Bhawan Palace was called Chittar Palace during its construction due to use of stones drawn from the Chittar hill where it is located. Ground for the foundations of the building was broken on 18 November 1929 by Maharaja Umaid Singh and the construction work was completed in 1943. The Palace was built to provide employment to thousands of people during the time of famine. Take an afternoon jeep safari to the picturesque Bishnoi village to experience rustic Rajasthan life. The drive through the countryside abounds with black bucks and chinkaras grazing serenely, and migratory birds dot the skies. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 : Jodhpur to Jaipur (6hrs.) ( Via Ajmer Sight seen )
Morning After Breakfast Jaipur, the capital of India’s Rajasthan state, evokes the royal family that once ruled the region and that, in 1727, founded what is now called the Old City, or “Pink City” for its trademark building color. At the center of its stately street grid stands the opulent, collonaded City Palace complex, which today houses several museum collections of textiles and art. we also visit Ajmer The city of Ajmer gets its name from ‘Ajay Meru’. Roughly translated, it means ‘invincible hills’. Nestled in the Aravallis south west of Jaipur, Ajmer was founded by Raja Ajaypal Chauhan in the 7th century AD. Till the late 12th century AD, Ajmer was the epicentre of the Chauhan dynasty. After Prithviraj Chauhan’s loss to Mohammed Ghori in 1193 AD, Ajmer became home to several dynasties. The Mughals in particular, fancied it as their favourite destination due to the presence of the holy Ajmer Sharif Dargah. Overnight at hotel.
Day 6 : Jaipur Hotel to Jaipur Railway St. / Airport Drop
After breakfast we checkout from hotel and transferred to the airport/railway station to board the flight/Train back to home.
