Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra (IXB) Airport – Gangtok

  (Distance: 130 kms. / Driving Time: 5 hrs. / Altitude of Gangtok: 1,650 mts)
  On arrival At NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport you will be met by our local representative and get transferred to Gangtok. Upon arrival in Gangtok, Check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Gangtok.

• Day 2 : Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

  (Distance: One Way – Tsomgo Lake – 45 kms. / Driving Time: 3 hrs. / Altitude of Tsomgo Lake: 3,780 mts)
  (Distance: One Way – Baba Mandir from Tsomgo Lake – 16 kms. / Driving Time: 1 hrs. / Altitude of Baba Mandir: 4,000 mts)
  After breakfast you would be taken for a day excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.
  (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing)

• Day 3 : Gangtok - Pelling

  (Distance: 130 kms. / Driving Time: 5 hrs. / Altitude of Pelling: 2,150 mts)
  After breakfast you would be driven to Pelling. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pelling.

  After breakfast you would be visiting Darap village, Rimbi water Falls, Khecheopalri Lake & Khangchendzonga waterfalls. Later in the day you would be visiting Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins, Sang-Ngag Choling (Sky Walk) and New Helipad Ground. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at a hotel in Pelling.

  (Distance: 85 kms. / Driving Time: 4.30 hrs. / Altitude of Darjeeling: 2,050 mts)
  After breakfast you would be driven to Darjeeling via Singla Check post. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.

  After breakfast you would be visiting Tiger Hill, Batasia Loop, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (Thursday Closed) & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Thursday Closed), Darjeeling Ropeway Ride (Ticket cost not included), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Sunday Closed) & Tea Garden (Outer View). Evening free for leisure. Overnight at the Hotel in Darjeeling.

• Day 7 : Darjeeling – NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra (IXB) Airport

  (Distance: 75 kms. / Driving Time: 3 hrs)
  After breakfast you would be dropped at the NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your return journey .

Inclusions

• Exclusive Non A/c vehicle for all transfers & sightseeing as per itinerary. The concept of disposal vehicles is not practiced in this sector. The vehicle provided shall strictly be on point to point basis only. The vehicle may change either every day or in every sector. For details refer to vehicle details as mentioned above.

Exclusions

• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips & gratuity, bottled water etc.
• Anything which is not included in the inclusion.
• Entrance Fees for museums and monuments, Upgradation Charges and Optional Tours to be paid by the guests directly on the spot.
• Any additional costs because of additional sightseeing; extra usage of vehicle; unforeseen events like natural calamities for instance landslides, external factors like blockades, political disturbances etc.; imposition of new taxes; increase in taxes or fuel price which impacts costs of surface transportation will be recovered directly from the guests.
• Room Heater Charges
• Air Fare/Train fare, insurance premium, any other activities like rafting, archery, rock climbing, joy ride (toy train) etc for which supplemental charges will be applicable to be paid by the guests directly.

Documentation

• Indian Nationals require permits to visit Tsomgo Lake, North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen) & Nathula Pass. The documents needed are given below:
• It is mandatory for the guests to carry 02 copies of passport size photograph, original photo ID proof like Voter ID card / Passport / Driving License with photo copy for processing the permit. PAN Card / Aadhar Card are not acceptable for issuance of the Permit. For children of above 05 yrs, a child School ID card is valid. It is also mandatory to carry an original birth certificate in English .
• The above details are only applicable for 1 destination. If the guests are covering multiple or all of the above destinations, then they must carry an adequate number of photographs and photocopies of documents. Further we must also get a list mentioning the Name Age & Gender of all travelers family wise so that we can process the permits.

Important Note

• General Hotel Check in time is between 2 PM to 4 PM
• General Breakfast timings in hotels in 06.30 – 10.30 A.M
• The quoted price is not applicable during Peak Season, Exhibitions, Conferences, National Holidays, Christmas, New Year.
• 20% of the Billing amount is immediately non-refundable upon payment.
• Airfares on Low-Cost Carriers cannot be held on a time limit. The fare being highly dynamic, is charged as at the time of actual booking, which may be different from the fare quoted.
• Double vaccine Must & should If not 72 hours RTPCR covid19 test negative report to be carry.
• Several sightseeing activities including boat trips, theme parks and cable cars operate depending on the weather. In case a trip is cancelled before being undertaken, a refund may be provided as per the policy and discretion of the operator. However, in case sightseeing is curtailed after the start of the trip, no refund is due to be paid for partially utilised services.
