Terms & Conditions

• The STAR (*) rating of mentioned hotel is based on reputed site ‘Trip advisor’ or hotel website itself for any deviation on expectations up on check in, Earth vista vacation will not be responsible . We will request all guest to check Trip advisor link or hotel website before giving ‘ go ahead ‘ of the package.
• The total cost of the package includes 5% tax on Domestic Package & 5% GST+20 % TCS applicable on International Package. If there is any change, the same shall be communicated to the customer before booking.
• The penalty for name change and date change will incur as per the airline and the destination. If there is any additional airport / Airline taxes charged by the any airport/ Airline at any destination, the customer shall bear the same. Earth vista vacation shall not be liable for the same.
• Earth vista vacation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to any or all Earth vista vacation websites or its other sales channels and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason what so ever
• Earth vista vacation advise the appropriate time to apply the visa as per the embassy norms, visa will be send for application after receiving the visa documents. Shall there be any delay in receiving the documents/inappropriate documents or in granting the visa from the embassy Earth vista vacation will not be liable for the same.
• Issuance of visa is in the sole discretion of embassy, Earth vista vacation. do NOT hold any guarantee for the same. In case the visa is rejected the cancelation policy will stand as it is. We strongly recommend the customers to plan their trip well in advance to avoid cancelation charges.
• We will strongly recommend all the passengers to check the flight schedule prior to the departure of flight, even if the tickets issued by Earth vista vacation. Customer must call airline directly a day before and on the day of departure and cross check all timings. Earth vista vacation will not be responsible in case if customer misses his flight due to change of time. In such cases, customer will bears complete loss of flight and package.
• Any Fluctuation or change in Rate of exchange for the foreign exchange component will be borne by client & Rate of exchange calculated @1 USD = INR 83 (Total Package cost will be recalculated on final day of payment @ final payment day’s rate of exchange. (xe.com website currency conversion rate plus INR 1.00 is taken into consideration for rate of exchange calculation)
• The rates are subject to availability of airfare, accommodation, class of booking on the airline and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. Any price increment in the mentioned things will be borne by the customer.
• In case if passenger is No Show/offloaded by the Airline for any reasons, the booking shall be considered as no show and no refund shall be made against any of the services booked through Earth vista vacation.
• It is important to note that lead passenger in the name of the booking has been made need to be present at the hotel while checking in. In case the lead passenger is not able to travel, he must give Signed Authority letter along with copy of his passport for the hotel to provide check in to rest of the family members.
• If due to delay or cancelation of flight, if the sightseeing (s)/ services are missed, the same service will be considered as unutilized service and no refund shall be made for the same.
• If due to delay or cancelation of flight, you do not appear in the hotel/ transfers at the specified time, Earth vista vacation will not be responsible for the same. The same shall be treated as no show.
• We strongly suggest our customer to carry hard copy of complete Vouchers provided by Earth vista vacation to present the hotel and avail the services through the booking reference number. In case you do not present the vouchers at the hotel while checking in, Hotel can deny your booking and may not allow you to check in the hotel. In such situations Earth vista vacation will not be responsible for the same.
• Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings (Please report at the meeting point min 15 mins prior to the pick up time). Earth vista vacation Pvt. Ltd will not be responsible for any delay from the customers end.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice as per the Airline / hotel policy.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at the time of making booking.
• In event of cancellation of the tour package on any grounds, the cancelation policy will apply.
• Any flight cancellation / rescheduling / departure delay or any changes in flights is purely subject to airlines management discussion. Any charges in airfare increase / decrease / rescheduling is to be borne by the client as Earth vista vacation do not hold any guarantee on same.
• Final handover of Hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Visa etc. will be done only upon receiving full and final payment.
• Universal hotel check-in time is between 1400 hrs-1500 hrs and check- out time is between 1100 hrs-1200 hrs depending upon the property Early check-in & Late check- out is subject to availability of room, it depends on hotel. Early Check in and late checkout will be at additional cost and subject to availability and complete discretion of the hotel. Hotel may or may not provide early check in or late checkout irrespective of availability. Earth vista vacation will not be responsible for any change in the policy of the hotel at any given time.
• All our packages are based on Night basis and the last day is for check out which will be as per the hotel policy. Earth vista vacation will not be responsible for any extension of stay in the hotel unless explicitly approved in writing by Earth vista vacation.
• Grant of on Arrival visa depends on sole discretion of Immigration Authority and Earth vista vacation is not responsible for any non-grant of Visa to traveler. In case the immigration does not provide Visa on Arrival for any reason, the Cancelation policy of Earth vista vacation will stand as it is.
• Kindly avoid being Over drunk by intake of hard drinks during the flights to avoid any Inconvenience during Visa on Arrival, Immigration and Custom Process.
• Passport copies are mandatory to send at the time of confirming the Booking & passport should be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of departure from destination.
• After confirmation of services, if any one wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by yourself.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
Departure after 15 days :

At the time of Confirmation: Token amount (advised by the Earth vista vacation Team, in case of non- refundable flights in the package full amount of ticket is required)
Within 48 hours of the token amount remaining amount of ticket needs to be paid and tickets will be released (exception – Group departures tickets are released min 5 days before departure)
Land package balance payment to be cleared as per the hotel deadline and the same varies from hotel to hotel & season to season which we have to strictly follow to reconfirm the booking. In case of delayed payment, the price of hotel may change and the same difference shall be borne by the client.
(in case of non-refundable hotels or few destinations or cruise bookings full amount is required before the deadline mentioned - Rate of exchange difference applicable)

Departure within 15 days :

At the time of Confirmation full amount is required
Within 48 hours complete payment tickets and vouchers will be released (exception – Group departure ticket, hotel voucher and itinerary will be issued72-24 hours prior to departure)

Any payment within the bracket of 10 days from departure should not be done through cheque (other bank).

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Company reserves its right to cancel the booking being made by you or even amend the same, if necessary without assigning any reasons thereof. Such amendment or cancellation may be due to circumstances beyond the control of the company. As per the policy of the company, the company in its best endeavors shall book alternate Hotels for you, after confirming the dates with you. However, at no point of time shall our Company shall be responsible or liable to pay any compensation or damage or any other expense or business loss suffered by you due to the cancellation or amendment of the tour package booked by you.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING BY GUEST
In case you wish to cancel the tour package booked, you must notify us in writing through email. Only after the receipt of the same by our company staff, it shall be deemed that the said communication has been received by our company.

If Cancellation is made any time between 0-10 day to Departure, 100% cancellation charges.
If Cancellation is made any time between 10-15 day to Departure, 75% cancellation charges.
If Cancellation is made any time between 15 -30 day to Departure, 50% cancellation charges.
If Cancellation is made any time before 30 day to Departure, 20% cancellation charges.
In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
Cancellation charges for Cruises booking shall apply as per cruises cancellation rules.
Cancellation charges for Airlines bookings shall apply as per Airlines cancellation rules.
