Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Hanoi - Transfer to Hotel - Water Puppet Show

  On arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our local representative will be waiting outside the customs area to welcome you and to take you to your hotel (Check-in time is 3.00 pm). Rest of the day is free for you to explore Hanoi Town on your own.
  
  This is the night out in Hanoi which will show you different sights of Hanoi: Enjoy a traditional theatrical performance followed by traditional Vietnamese cuisine at a famous restaurant – a great evening. The tradition of water puppet theatre stems from a time when rice paddy fields were flooded and villagers would make entertainment by standing in the waist-deep water with the puppets performing over the water. Shows at this modern theatre are performed in a pool of water as the stage for the puppets. The puppets are controlled by no more than eight puppeteers hiding behind a bamboo screen. The renowned Thang Long Water Puppet show is considered to be one of the cultural highlights of Northern Vietnam dating back to a tradition that first started in the Red River Delta.

• Day 2 : Full Day Hanoi City Tour

  We will pick you up in the hotel in central Old Quarter. Then visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Learn more about Ho Chi Minh biography and his very important role of forming this country nowadays. Visit Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc Pagoda (one of the oldest pagoda in Vietnam). Visit Bat Trang pottery village (applied on Mon, Wed & Fri) or equivalent program. Later we visit Ethnology Museum (applied on Tue, Thus, Sat & Sun) or equivalent program to have an overview of Vietnamese Ethnology and its differences. Stop by the first university in Vietnam, Temple of Literature. Back to Old Quarter to go through short and tiny 36 main streets and learn about its unique name orgin. You can feel what make Hanoi is different; as it combines between the past and the present. Tour ends around 5.00pm

• Day 3 : Departure from Hanoi

  After breakfast, check-out from your hotel. Later in the day you will be transferred to the airport to catch your return flight back home.

  Upon your arrival at Da Nang airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Check-in and relax for some time. Rest of the day is free to explore Da Nang on your own.

• Day 4 : Visit to Asia Theme Park

  The Sun Wheel area between the two parks features The Clock Tower – a one-of-a-kind building combining Architectural highlights from various Asian countries as well as their current time. Visitors to Asia Park do not miss the opportunity to enjoy traditional cuisine of the featured countries either: each area has their specifically designed restaurants, shops and stalls allowing guests to sample the region‟s wonderful cuisine.

• Day 5 : Departure from Da Nang

  Upon your arrival at Ho Chi Minh City, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day is free for you to explore Ho Chi Minh on your own.
  
  Normally, at 18.30pm (exact time advised upon reconfirmation), our tour guide of Gray Line will pick you up at your hotel and then transfer to the cruise's wharf for a romantic dinner on board. The boat will slowly float along Saigon River while we enjoy a cool evening on the flow. From our comfortable desk, you just free yourself and look over the city with its dazzling lights in a tranquil, totally relaxing ambiance. It is time you should stop for a while to relax and chill out before continue your trip. Back to your hotel late evening.

• Day 6 : Full Day Ho Chi Minh City Tour

  Pick-up at your hotel and start our tour at District 5, the Chinatown of the city where we can enjoy hustling daily life of the people from both Viet and Chinese roots, and distinctive Thien Hau pagoda. Go on to Binh Tay market, the biggest one at District 5 before returning to the Museum of War Remnants to learn about an important, painful period of Vietnam contemporary history. After lunchtime with local foods (including “Pho”, the famous Viet noodle soup, or “Banh Xeo” traditional southern cake), we will reach the colonial quarter in District 1, the golden area of the town, to visit the Reunification Palace, once witnessed the end of the Vietnam War and now served as a Museum and a grand hall for government reception as well. Not far from the Palace we will stop at the Notre Dame Cathedral, a center of Catholicism in Vietnam, and the graceful Post Office, still functional until now. The trip ends at an XQ Embroidery workshop and Ben Thanh market to learn about the art of making embroidered crafts in Vietnam and shopping.
