Day 1 : Delhi to Shimla

Meals: Dinner
Arrive Delhi. Upon your arrival at Delhi Airport/ Railway station, our driver will pick you up and start your journey to Shimla. Upon arrival at kasol check inn into the hotel (Hotel’s check in time is 12:00 Noon).

Day 2 : Shimla Local and Kufri Sightseeing

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast proceeds for half day city sightseeing of Shimla & visit “Indian Institute
of Advance Studies” this magnificent English renaissance structure was the former Vice regal Lodge followed by your walking tour of Christ Church, Scandal Point, Railway Board Building, Gorton Castle, Scandal Point, Bantony, Caston Hall, Bentink’s Castle, Kali Bari Temple.
Afternoon proceed for full day Shimla and Kufri sightseeing. Shimla to Kufri distance is 17 KM and approximate travel time is one hour. Shimla and Kufri sightseeing includes Himalayan Nature Park, Kufri Fun World, Mahashu Peak, Nagsons Amusement Park Hip Hip Hurray, Kufri Zoo, Shimla Reserve Forest Sanctuary, Green Valley and many more.

Day 3 : Shimla to Manali Via Kullu Valley

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
Enjoy your breakfast from Shimla hotel and around 9 AM proceed to Manali. The road distance from Shimla to Manali is 248 Kilo Meters and approximate travel time is 7 hour and 15 minutes. During your Shimla to Manali sightseeing trip, you can enjoy place like Shalaghat, Daldamode and many other natural beautiful locations.
We took a break at Kullu for white water river rafting. Kullu Valley is a broad open valley in Himachal Pradesh, India, formed by the Beas River between Manali and Largi. This valley is famous for its temples, beauty and its majestic hills covered with pine and deodar forest and sprawling apple orchards.

Day 4 : Manali Local City tour+ Solang Valley Tour

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast from Manali hotel proceed for full day sightseeing around Manali. Your Manali sightseeing tour includes Manu Temple, Manali Sanctuary, Himalayan Nyinmapa Tibetan Buddhist Monastery, Nehru Kund, Vashishtha Temple, The Great Himalayan National Park etc.
Afternoon proceed for Solang Valley for sightseeing. The activity in Solang Valley - parachuting, paragliding, zorbing etc. The sightseeing includes Jogini Falls, Solang Ropeway & Ski Center, Anjani Mahadev Temple, Paragliding Solang Valley Center, Hidimba Devi Temple.

Day 5 : Manali to Kasol

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
This day after breakfast start your journey to Kasol. We went to Kasol via Manikaran. Manikaran is a pilgrimage centre for Hindus and Sikhs. The Hindus believe that Manu recreated human life in Manikaran after the flood, making it a sacred area. It has many temples and a gurudwara. There are temples of the Hindu deities Rama Krishna and Vishnu. The area is well known for its hot springs and its beautiful landscape. Tosh is a green treat to the tourists that visit the place. the place holds one of the best treks in kasol. The best way to get to this village is by trekking up the hill and witnessing the unreal amaze of this small township in Kasol. Mesmerising hilltop view and refreshing trekking experience will keep you close to delight the entire day. The more so European experience is definitely on your way if you are looking forward to tick off Tosh village.
Malana is an ancient Indian village in the state of Himachal Pradesh.This solitary village in the Malana Nala, a side valley of the Parvati Valley to the north-east of Kullu Valley, is isolated from the rest of the world. Malana has been called ‘one of the oldest democracy’ in the world.The villagers believe that they have pure Aryan genes and that they are descendants of Alexander the Great’s soldiers. Evening back to Kasol , fresh up, relax and enjoy your dinner from hotel.

Company Booking Policy

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
Accommodation in the Itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
ID-It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check- in.
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters ID Card, and passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Weekend Himalayas India Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc... All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
If you don,t show up at the hotel, the entire booking amount will be deducted as no-show charges.

Hotel Policy

Hotels are subject to availability at time of reservation.
On the day of arrival early morning check in to the hotel will be subject to availability.
Standard check in time will be 1200 Noon.
If the base category room will be not available then supplement cost will be applicable for upper category rooms.
Rates are subject to change, without any prior notice.
Cancellation & other policies as per the hotel/company rule.
No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or land slide or any destination and which is beyond the control of the agent/hotel.
Above policy may vary during peak season and any changes will be communicated prior to confirmation.
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel)

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods : As a 1st token to hold your package, you need to deposit 25% of the total package cost in company’s current account (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).
25% of total package cost in company account for sharing Hotels confirmations. (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).
Balance payment of 50% before 07 days of your arrival in company account. (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).
In the case of an NEFT/RTGS/ Online Transfer no transfer charge will be levied.
If Payment made through using company s Credit card swapping Machine,and Additional surcharge of 2.5% will be charged extra on the chargeable amount.
IF payment made through using companies direct payment link by Credit Card, an additional surcharge of 2.5% will be charged extra over the NET payable amount.
IF payment made through using companies direct payment link by Debit Card, an additional surcharge of 1% will be charged extra over the NET payable amount.
Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability) Changes in the planned package will be charged directly from the guest.
We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions to ensure smooth execution of tours.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancellation or any other reason will be chargeable. The service of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.
The AC will not work in Hill stations.
The confirmation is subjects to availability.
Verbal Commitments are not applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
30% cancellation of the package cost before 30 days of the travelling date.
50% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the travelling date.
100% cancellations before 10 days of the travels date.
Advance amount is non-refundable, if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like: Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
Also Note that all cancellations must be interacted in written.
The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
