In the center, the 17th-century Madikeri Fort features 2 stone elephants at the entrance. Nearby, the domed Omkareshwar Temple is dedicated to the Hindu deity Shiva. To the northwest, cascading Abbey Falls is surrounded by spice plantations.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Bangalore - Coorg

On arrival on Bangalore, meet our EBB representative in Airport/Railway station proceed towards your most awaiting journey to Coorg. Coorg (265 kms / 6 hrs) from Bangalore. On arrival, check in at Hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure trekking around the estate. Enjoy the magnificent view of beautiful hills and greenery. Stay overnight at your hotel in Coorg.

Day 2 : Coorg

On the second day, after having your delicious breakfast, proceed to sightseeing tour of Coorg which is popularly known as Scotland of South India. You will get an opportunity to explore the orchards and the coffee plantation which will let you know the complete process and knowledge about coffee making, right from the seed to the packed powder ready to sell. Then you will head towards the Fort which is snuggled on top of a hill that overlooks the town. Adore the breathtaking views of the town from the fort. Then you will also visit a temple of Lord Omkareshwara which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple has a unique architectural design with interesting stories. Day 3 : Coorg - Ooty

On the third day, after having delicious breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to your next destination Ooty. Ooty (250 KM 6 Hrs Drive) from Coorg. On arrival, check in at Hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure trekking around the estate. Enjoy the magnificent view of beautiful hills and greenery. Stay overnight at your hotel in Ooty.

Day 4 : Ooty Sightseeing

On the fourth day, after having your delicious breakfast, proceed to sightseeing of Ooty. Such as Boating, Botanical Garden and Local market. Ooty is most famous for its tea plantations. Day 5 : Ooty to Mysore

On the fifth day of your tour, after having breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to your next destinatin Mysore by car. In Mysore, you will have an assisted check-in at the hotel. Relax for some time and then leave for the sightseeing tour of the city which includes a visit to the famous Mysore Palace, also known as the Amba Vilas Palace. Mysore Palace was built in 1912. It is the former palace of the royal family of Mysore with their official residence. Later you will go on to visit the temple on Chamundi Hill. The hill is named after the goddess Chamundi.
