Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi Arrival and stay

  Check in at the hotel. . Proceed to explore the old and new city of Delhi airport. Visit Red Fort , Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial, Humayun Tomb, Qutub Minar, Visit Rashtrapati Bhawan, the residence of the PresidentofIndia.Thereyou'llseethebuildingsofgovernmentandparliamentandIndiaGatewhichis130-footwall built in memory of the soldiers who died during the First World War. Evening visit Delhi Haat and back to hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 2 : Delhi-Agra (4 h 19 min 219 km)

  After breakfast at the hotel your journey continues to another historical and romantic city - Agra. En route, visit Sikandara - the mausoleum of Emperor Akbar. Thereafter, proceed to visit Taj Mahal, which was built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan in 1630 AD for his beloved queen, Mumtaz Mahal. Continue the tour by visiting the Agra Fort - containing the Royal residential palaces, the Halls of Public and Private Audience and beautiful gardens. Overnight stay at the hotel.
  
  Note- Visiting hours of the Taj Mahal are sunrise to sunset & it remains closed on Friday. You can visit other monuments of Agra from sunrise to sunset.

• Day 3 : Agra-Delhi(4 h 20 min 220 km)

  Post breakfast proceed to Delhi. Visit Delhi for shopping and sightseeing. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Delhi -Shimla: (359 Kms /8-9hrs)

  Pick up from Delhi and transfer to Shimla by road. On arrival, check-in to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Kufri Excursion - Shimla Local Sightseeing

  After a delicious breakast this morning, get ready to venture into Kufri - a haven for nature enthusiasts and wildlife lovers. With panoramic views of the Himalayas, steep hikes, adventure sports and quite a few fun and interesting sightseeing attractions, Kufri is a great place to unwind.
  Popular specially with trekkers, the splendid weather and stunning natural beauty make Kufri an ideal summer getaway. Interestingly, Kufri is also the venue for an annual winter sports festival held in February. With the oldest skiing slopes in Himachal Pradesh, Kufri is also famously referred to as a ski destination. Himalayan Nature Park in the outskirts is home to over 180 varieties of fauna.
  After, visit the famous Mall Road in Shimla. Also check out the pleasant small square Scandal Point and Jhakoo Temple. Return to your hotel and have a tasty dinner. Overnight stay at hotel in Shimla.
  Private vehicles do not have access to Jhakoo temple because of the location. The guests can take a shared taxi available on Mall Road and visit the temple. It’s advisable to visit the temple before it turns dark; hence the guests can first visit the temple and then spend time on the mall road.

• Day 6 : Day Excursion To Chail

  After a delicious breakast in Shimla this morning, set out on an excursion to Chail. The former summer capital of the princely state of Patiala, this beautiful hill station is located 63 km from Shimla in the Shivalik region of the state. Covering an area of over 72 acres, Chail is spread across three hillocks - Rajgarh, Pandewa and Sadh Tiba.
  Get ready to visit the famous Chail Palace. Some of the other places of interest are Sidh Baba Ka Mandir (at a height of 8000 ft from downtown Chail, Sidh Baba Ka Mandir is set on a hill between Rajgarh and Pandhawa. The local residents of Chail believe that this mandir is the protector of success of Chail) and the highest cricket pitch and polo ground in the world The Cricket Ground (built in 1893 after leveling the top of a hill. Also visit the village of Sadhupul - between Kandaghat and Chail astride Ashwini stream.
  Return to your hotel in Shimla by late afternoon. Overnight stay at hotel in Shimla.

• Day 7 : Departure From Shimla To Delhi

  After breakfast we checkout from hotel and proceed for Delhi by road (around 9 hour journey). On arrival you will be transferred to the airport/railway station to board the flight/Train back to home.
