Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Guwahati to Bhalukpong

Welcome to Guwahati. Meet and be assisted by our representative at the airport/Railway Station. Transfer to Bhalukpong - is the border of the states of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh is a place of enthralling scenic beauty. The sparkling river Jia Bharali which passes through Bhalukpong is an adventure lover’s paradise. By the side of the river is the Nameri National Park which falls under Project Tiger. Overnight at Bhalukpong.

Day 2 : Bhalukpong - Dirang

After breakfast transfer to Dirang. n the way visit Tippi On the banks of the river Bharali at an elevation of 190 mtrs is Tipi, an orchidarium with over 7500 orchids. On display are some of the finest species with names like the Dainty Lady's Slipper or the more formal sounding Dendrobium. Arunachal has the largest range of orchids in the country. Continue your drive and do not forget to keep your cameras handy as you cross beautiful waterfalls and get some spectacular views. Check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Dirang.

Day 3 : Dirang - Tawang

At morning visit the Kiwi & Apple Gardens. After viewing the beautiful valley of Dirang overlooking the river and inhabited by colorful tribes, proceed towards the Sela Pass (13703 ft) spend some lovely times by the paradise lake. Reaching Tawang (143 km, 7hrs) check in at Hotel Overnight at Tawang.

Day 4 : Tawang Sight seeing

After breakfast visit Maduri lake also know as PT SO in local,Bumla Pass ,China Border. Also visit the War memorial. Evening free for shopping and leisure. Overnight at tawang.

Booking
A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our package tour of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. By paying deposit confirms that you and other people on the package accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods : Deposit
All deposits can be made by online transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), cash, cheque, Demand Draft. 50% payment have to deposit at the time of confirm the booking and pending 50% payment should be deposited before 7 days of tour starts. The rooms then will be blocked, and we will send the confirmation, which completes initial Booking Formalities.
Balance
Once the booking request and deposit has been received an invoice will be sent, along with a receipt for the already paid deposit amount via email. The balance of the payment must be paid 7 days prior to the arrival. Any booking made within 7 working days of the arrival is considered to be late booking for which the full and final payment is required at the same time of booking. Failure to pay the balance within the specified period will result in the cancellation of the booking, and in payment of a cancellation fee as detailed below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :If you wish to cancel any booking, a written notification should be made by the same person who booked. The date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by us. All cancellations will attract a sum Rs.3000/- minimum per person. Beside the forfeiture of the deposit amount, a further charge will be levied if notice of the cancellation is received within the following period of the operation.
● If cancelled 0-10 days before the Check-in-date 100% amount will be charged.
● If cancelled 11-20 days before the Check-in-date 70% amount will be charged.
● If cancelled 21-30 days before the Check-in-date 30% booking amount will be charged. ● No refunds for unused nights or early check-outs.
● No refunds would be offered on the government ferry & private ferry tickets, if already purchased. ● No refund for no show.
Important
1. Check-in Check-out time is as per hotel policy.
2. On arrival of guest at Airport our executive will be there with the PLA – CARD at Exit Gate on the Airport.
3. On arrival of guests, we will provide them local contact numbers of our executive, who will handle the entire operation.
4. If for any reason any tourist spot is closed we shall not cover it on next day and if guest wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
5. Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive.
