This is a 7 Day Uganda adventure/safari Tour of Murchison Falls National park and Semuliki National Park by a charter flight. You will Experience the unmatched game viewing in Murchison Falls NP i.e giraffes, elephants, a wide variety of antelopes as well. You will be thrilled by the Majestic Murchison Falls-the most scenic falls on the Nile! as well as the chimpanzee tracking in Semuliki Wildlife Reserve, another diverse habitat with incredible wildlife in Uganda. Semuliki Forest is one of the richest areas of floral and fauna diversity in Africa, with highly diverse bird species. The night game drive in Semuliki will reward you with several sightings of unique nocturnal wildlife.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Meet our guide at Entebbe Airport who will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel / The Lodge for dinner and the overnight-booked for you in advance
• Day 2 : Fly to Murchison Falls National Park

  After your early breakfast your tour guide will transfer you to Kajjansi Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Pakuba as you start this Uganda safari. On the way you will have an aerial view of the Falls where the park derives its name and at its top you will see the mighty river exploding through a narrow gorge flowing down a distance of about 150 km. You will have lunch and in the afternoon go for a fascinating boat ride on the Nile to the bottom of the falls known to harbour plenty of fauna and avifauna all at your disposal as you enjoy your launch cruise. You will see Hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, waterbucks plus a range of bird species at the shores with the rare shoe bill among. You will have Dinner and the Overnight at the luxurious Paraa Safari Lodge/budget Red chili camp (FB)
• Day 3 : Game Drive in Murchison Falls National Park

  To discover the secrets of a Uganda safari to Murchison falls, early in the morning you will go for a game drive in the northern circuit of the park to catch up with early risers such as Lions, leopards, giraffes, Uganda Kob, waterbucks etc. Get back to the lodge for breakfast after which but with packed lunch you will proceed to Kaniyo Pabidi Forest-a natural forest within Budongo sector for chimpanzee tracking and an excellent birding haven for birders. You will see birds like the chocolate-backed Kingfisher, the white-thigh hornbill, and puvel’s illadopsis that are specific to this area and nowhere else in East Africa. Overnight at a luxurious Paraa Safari Lodge/budget Red chili camp (FB)
• Day 4 : Murchison Falls

  Murchison Falls ( Pakuba - Entebbe) You will fly out of Pakuba to Entebbe in order to fly to Semliki early morning. Overnight in ,you accommodation in Entebbe.
• Day 5 : Primates Tracking in Semuliki National Park

  Transfer from Entebbe to Semliki, breakfast and head for a morning game drive . Situated in the basin of the Western rift Valley, Semliki Wildlife Reserve is one of the most diverse habitats in Africa with a vegation of open acacia-combretum woodland and grassy savannah, intercepted with patches of borassus palm forest, significant belts of riparian woodland along the main watercourses plus some extensive swamps towards Lake Albert. Lunch and head off to Semliki hot spimgs for another game drive, boil eggs with your tour guide. You could opt for a night game drive , see a number of massive maned lions resident here as well as primates such as the black-and-white colobus, chimps, olive baboon, vervet monkey and red-tailed. Leopards are common and often seen on night drives. Please not that this is the only park in Uganda where night drives are carried out. You will dine and have the overnight at the luxurious Semliki Safari Lodge/budget Rwenzori view guest house (Full Board)
• Day 6 : Chimpanzee Tracking in Semuliki Forest

  Early in the morning after a cup of tea, track chimpanzees through the beautiful gallery rain forest. Chimps are tracked by researchers in Semuliki at dawn and dusk, since they tend to disappear in the middle of the day. Return to the lodge for late breakfast and after a good rest embark on the afternoon game drive to see additional wild game as you look out for the African Sun dip below the horizon.Your overnight shall be at the luxurious Semliki Safari Lodge/budget Rwenzori view guest house (Full Board)
• Day 7 : Fly back to Entebbe

  After your breakfast transfer to Semuliki airstrip for your flight back to Kajansi/ Entebbe depending on your back home flight details.
