Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : ARRIVAL TO KILIMANJARO AIRPORT

Upon arrival to Kilimanjaro airport, you will meet your Jovial Safari Professional Guide. After greetings and little information, the Guide will transfer you to the reputable Hotel in Moshi for Dinner and Relaxation after long Safari you had. Dinner and Overnight at a Hotel in Moshi

Day 2 : MOSHI -MARANGU TO MANDARA (2,750m)

After delicious breakfast, you will receive a short tour briefing from the guide, and then depart to Marangu gate in Kilimanjaro National Park, approximately 45-minute drive. Climbing will start officially with a four hours walk to the Mandara Camps. We will cross the thick rainforest, with a chance of raining during afternoon. Dinner and Overnight at Mandara Camps

Day 3 : MANDARA TO HOROMBO (3,720m)

Another wonderful day, we will continue ascending through the forest for a short time, approximately a six hours walk reaching 3,000m of Horombo. Experience the stunning view of the peaks at this very altitude.

Day 4 : HOROMOBO TO KIBO (4,703m)

What a beautiful day! Trekking continues to the final watering point, and ascends between the peaks of Kibo and Mawenzi. It is approximately seven Hours walk to Kibo. Experience the mostly beautiful peak of the roof of Africa.

Dinner and Overnight at Kibo Hut.

Day 5 : KIBO – SUMMIT TO HOROMBO (3,720m)

After midnight, we will start our climbing to the summit of Kilimanjaro Mountain, because, it is easier to climb the slope approximately 5,861m reaching the crater rim when it is frozen. The early start for six hours hike increase our chances of reaching the summit very early in time for sunrise. We will spend our last night on Mountain at Horombo Hut.

Day 6 : HOROMBO TO MOSHI

Descending continue to Mandara camps, then to the bottom of the mountain. Each hiker will be rewarded an appreciation as a best Legend for climbing up to the roof of Africa. Then drive to a Hotel in Moshi for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 : MOSHI – KILIMANJARO AIRPORT

After breakfast, transfer back to Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure flight.
