This 7 days Kenya Masai mara Amboseli safari include all the classic safari highlights as well as a few lesser-known encounters alongside. Tailoring a tour to coincide with the spectacular wildebeest migration, during July and October, is one such way to ensure your experience gets off to the best possible start.

Witnessing a whole host of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelle, crossing the Mara River and fending off crocodiles in the process, is simply a phenomenal sight and certainly not to be missed during peak season. • Day 1 : Nairobi – Masai Mara

  Met on arrival at the airport by our tour leader for your holiday briefing who will then introduce you to your driver-guide; depart for the drive to Masai Mara National Reserve arriving in time for lunch at lodge; short siesta before the afternoon game in the reserve in search of game. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa lodge

• Day 2 : Full Day Masai mara

  Spend the day on a game drive with morning and afternoon game drive with breakfast and lunch at your lodge/camp. You have an option of having a very early morning breakfast and depart with a picnic lunch so as to spend the entire day on the game drive having not to come back to the camp for meals. • Day 3 : Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park

  Early breakfast thereafter drives with a game drive out of the reserve for the drive to Lake Nakuru, arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives around the lake where you will have a chance to see thousands of flamingos, rhino, and Rothschild giraffe different from the Masai giraffe at Masai mara, lion, leopard, and buffalo among other. • Day 4 : Lake Nakuru National Park – Lake Naivasha

  Early game drives in search of more wildlife returning back in time for breakfast. 10AM, depart for the drive to Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon driver to hell’s gate national park which is in the heart of the rift valley with hot springs/volcano as well visit the gorge with a nature guide who will give you in-depth history of the volcano. Dinner and overnight at Naivasha Sopa lodge

• Day 6 : Full Day Amboseli

  Early morning game drives in search of game and also this will be the best chance to see the famous Mt. Kilimanjaro which is just next to the park. Though Mt. Kilimanjaro is in Tanzania, the best place to see it clearly is in Amboseli more clearly than ever while on the Tanzanian side. You can decide also to have another game drive after breakfast or just relax at the lodge and enjoy the view. You will have an afternoon game drives after lunch. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa lodge.

Booking And Payment Terms

• For over 21 years, we have been specializing in customized and tailor-made luxury and budget safaris in East Africa countries. We use our expertise and professional partners in the field to plan the ideal safari experience in all countries we operate in. Each safari is different in structure and cost, depending on specific individual needs, desires, interests, and we are committed to being flexible, however, the following terms and conditions apply.
• 1. Deposit
• We require deposit as indicated below to confirm reservation as per the requested itinerary and balance payable 60 days prior to the safari or accommodation date.
• 10% deposit per person for one day safari tours
• 20% deposit per person for 2-3 day safari tours
• 30% deposit per person for 4-6 day safari tours
• 40% deposit per person for 7-12 day safari tours
• 50% deposit per person for 6 days or more safari tours in Tanzania or combined Kenya and Tanzania safari tours. Same applies to a combination of Safari and beach holiday booking.
• If it’s a last-minute booking, our reservations officer you are dealing with will advise you on the best mode of payment agreeable to you.
• 2. Cancellation Policy: Safari booking terms & cancellations terms amended:
• In the event any cancellation is done, we only charge what hotels charge us and the rest returned to clients less bank transfer charges within 90-180 days as indicated below:
• • Between 0-7 days before safari date – 100% is charged.
• • Between 8 – 35 days before safari – 25% or 50% is charged depending on the lodge/camp.
• • Between 36 – 60 days – 10% is charged.
• • 60 days and over – full payment refunded fewer bank charges for the transfer and 2.5% operation cost
• Refunds due to you in the event of safari cancellation can only be credited to the original credit / debit card used in making of initial payment, if within 6-months of paying. If the period is longer than 6-months refunds will be made directly to the traveler’s bank account.
• RELEASE PERIOD: All reservation-related requests, cancellations, or amendments must be submitted in writing to our reservation office. For block bookings, group series bookings, and FIT bookings, Agent are kindly requested to provide sales update for peak season bookings 90 days before the check-in date and for low/shoulder season bookings 45 days before the check-in date. The hotel reserves the right to release 50% of non-utilized/balance rooms that remain unsold. Final sales updates and final payment are required 60 days before peak season bookings and 30 days before low/shoulder season bookings. SINGLE ROOM POLICY: A maximum of 3 single rooms per group can be reserved at the single room rate. Any additional requests for single rooms will be subject to a charge at the double room rate.
• 3. Method of Payment
• Payments to be made directly into our bank account through a bank transfer or through a secure online link. However, all payments must be made in full and free of any bank/credit card charges.
