Day 1 : Dubai

Welcome to Dubai - the City of Gold. Sunshine, shopping, seaside, sports and safety - five of the key ingredients that have earned Dubai a reputation as one of the world’s most attractive and rapidly developing leisure destinations. On arrival our local representative will welcome you and take you to your hotel for check in. In the evening, get set sail on the Marina Cruise. See Dubai by night in the way it is famous for, with its beautifully illuminated skyline. (LD)

Day 2 : Dubai

Today, proceed for a Panoramic Tour of Dubai. See the creek, the souks, Sheikh Saeed’s House, and more. In the afternoon, we take you on an adventurous Desert Safari tour. No visit to Dubai would be complete without a trip into the desert. Your Desert Safari tour includes an exciting safari by a 4-Wheel Drive over desert dunes. At the Camp, you can also get dressed for the occasion by wearing traditional Bedouin male or female garments, and also have Henna (temporary tattoo) decorate your hands, legs and feet. Enjoy a scintillating belly dance performance and have a delicious veg / non-veg barbeque dinner. (B, LD)

Day 3 : Dubai

Today after breakfast the morning is free for you to explore this city on your own. Later we visit the Dubai frame which is an architectural landmark in Zabeel Park. The Dubai Frame is positioned in such a way that representative landmarks of modern Dubai can be seen on one side, while from the other side, can view older parts of the city. Next, visit the 124th floor of Burj Khalifa, The World’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa is a global icon that pushes the frontiers in design, architecture and construction. The design is patterned after the repetition of a single geometric shape, meant to echo Islamic art. (B, D)

Day 4 : Abu Dhabi

Today, after breakfast in the comfort of your hotel, we proceed to Abu Dhabi. We visit Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque the most imposing religious and national landmark in Abu Dhabi to date. Then a panoramic tour of the Emirates Palace, President’s Palace and the Old Fort. On completion of the city tour we proceed to the hotel for check in. Next, you have a choice to visit the world’s largest indoor Ferrari theme park which features a host of rides and attractions to create an unforgettable experience for every member of the family.

UAE’s First Mega Waterpark - Yas Water world located on Yas Island. Get ready for unforgettable water adventure for the entire family. the park is home to more than 40 rides, slides and attractions, including Bubble’s Barrel, Rush Rider, and Bandit Bomber which is the longest suspended roller coaster in the Middle East over 550 metres long.

Warner Bros.’s Looney Tunes and Hanna-Barbera cartoon libraries are represented in Dynamite Gulch and Cartoon Junction, respectively, along with Bedrock, which is themed around The Flintstones. Payment Terms & Methods : TERMS & CONDITIONS
All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators

Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .

Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:

Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment

Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :

50 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
40 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
19 days to 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
09 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 75 % of the tour/service cost
05 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

Please note -
Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.

Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 3 weeks due to banking procedures
