Seamless transfers are arranged, including 4x4 Land cruiser between Nairobi and the Masai Mara, and from the Mara to the coast (Diani). SGR Train transfers are also included. Diani Beach (4 Nights): Transition from the wild plains to the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of Diani Beach. Relax, swim, sunbathe, and enjoy various water sports. Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Day 1 Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

  Pick up from your hotel or airport and drive to the Masai Mara Game Reserve as you enjoy the scenic views of the Great Rift Valley - Masai Mara game reserve is the northern part of the Serengeti, one of Kenya's most favored game-viewing areas. The reserve covers 1,510km2 of magnificent wilderness. It is the Africa of the imagination; endless reaches of acacia-dotted grasslands studded with hazy hills. Afternoon game drive to see the sundowner as you trail the Big 5 i.e. Lions in large prides, Elephants, buffalos, zebras and numerous plain games. Dinner and overnight stay at Enkorok Mara camp. Meal plan: Lunch, Dinner.

• Day 2 : Full Day at Masai Mara

  Full days spent exploring the park in search of the big 5/other predators. Optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 450 per person. Dinner and overnight at Enkorok Mara Camp the Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures

• Day 3 : Exploring the Land of the Big Cats

  We have a very flexible itinerary and game drives are tailored to your interests with our experienced professional safari guide. Early morning game drive with picnic breakfast gets you higher probabilities of catching the sunrise, animals whilst they are still active. The morning serenity is just unexplainable; you just have to experience. Explore more of the spotted savannah with its diverse landscapes as to capture beautiful animals, with your lenses. The Mara River where river crossings happen in July August September is the main water body snaking its way through this paradise. Hippopotamus and the Nile crocodile call this home and it’s the best place I the reserve to catch a glimpse of them as they warm themselves in the riverbanks. Other rivers include the talek river and smaller tributaries like sekenani river. The sand river is another picturesque area at the Masai mara and it is right at the border with the endless plains, the Serengeti. After a fulfilling adventurous day, you retire back to your strategically located safari camp/lodge for sumptuous dinner and overnight

• Day 4 : Masai Mara to Mombasa VIA Nairobi

  We leave Enkorok Mara Camp after breakfast and drive to Nairobi Terminus where you will catch the 3.pm Train which is approx. 6hrs to Mombasa. On your arrival at Mombasa, you will be transferred to Southern Palm Beach Resort for your Diani Beach holiday for 4 nights.

• Day 5 : Enjoying your Beach Holiday

  In Diani Beach you can Explore the coral reefs and diverse marine life with guided snorkeling and diving trips. You can also take a boat trip to this nearby island, known for its stunning coral gardens and clear waters perfect for snorkeling and diving. (At an extra cost). Food /meal Plan is Bed and Breakfast.

• Day 6 : Exploring the Sand Beaches and the Turquoise Waters of Diani Beach

  In Diani, you can enjoy beach activities like swimming, snorkeling, and kite surfing. Visit Shimba Hills, one of the largest surviving blocks in East Africa and the only place in Kenya where Sable Antelope occur naturally for a safari and see wildlife like elephants and giraffes. • Day 7 : Local Culture and Mombasa's Old Town

  Discover local culture in Mombasa’s Old Town or Explore the Kisite-Mpunguti Marine National Park. Enjoy sunset cruises, horseback riding along the beach, and unwind with spa treatments. For adventure seekers, there’s golfing, dolphin watching, and forest walks. (At an extra cost).

  After Breakfast, you will checkout of the Resort and head to the SGR Mombasa Terminus for the 8AM Train and arrive at Nairobi by 2PM approx.6hrs.You will later be transferred a Nairobi hotel for the night. Early in the morning you will be transferred to the Airport to catch your homebound flight.

• All bookings made with Wild Portraits safaris are subject to these terms.
• 1. Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
• You will have to pay a deposit of at least 40% of the booking value for the booking to be confirmed. Please note that the deposit amount varies based on the tour type and shall be notified to you before making the booking.
• Once the booking is accepted by us, we shall send you a booking confirmation email with the voucher, which shall serve as a contract between us from the date we send the confirmation. All details about the balance payment which is due before the departure date will be mentioned in the booking voucher. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
• In case of cancellations, the following charges will apply on the amount paid
• · 45% if cancelled between 60 and 45 days prior to arrival
• · 60% if cancelled between 44 and 30 days prior to arrival
• · 100% if cancelled 30 days and 24 hrs prior to arrival
• 2. If you Change Your Booking
• After your booking has been confirmed, should you wish to make any changes to your itinerary or wish an earlier departure date, we will make every effort to accommodate your requests based on availability. However, there may be extra costs involved to accommodate your request. These costs are in addition to the fee quoted to your for your initial safari. Normal cancellation fees apply if you wish to postpone your departure.
