Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Tanzania

  Upon arrival at Tanzania the guest will be personally met at his/her destination and will be transferred to a budgeted hotel for an overnight stay. In the early evening, you will have pre-climb briefing on the trek.

  • Meals & Drinks Dinner At Our Own
• Day 2 : Moshi - Mandara Hut

  For the first segment of the climb, you will drive to Kilimanjaro National Park Gate at Marangu, and trek through the Montane forest to Mandara Hut at 9000ft/ 2750m.
  
  This will take about three to four hours. Dinner and overnight at Mandara Hut.

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner
• Day 3 : Mandara Hut - Horombo Hut

  After breakfast leaving the forest, you trek along a good path through open grassy moorland to reach Horombo Hut at 12000 ft / 3700 m taking about five to seven hours. Dinner and overnight at horombo huts.

• Day 4 : Horombo Hut - Kibo Hut

  Again after breakfast continue ascending past 'the last water point' traversing the saddle between Kibo and Mawenzi heading out to Kibo Hut at 15000 ft / 4700 m taking about five to seven hours. Dinner and overnight at the kibo huts.

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner
• Day 5 : Kibo Hut - Horombo Hut

  An early start for the summit on steep and heavy scree up to Gilman's Point at 18640ft / 5681m on the crater rim to arrive in time for sunrise. Continue on to Uhuru Peak (the highest point in Africa) at 19340 ft / 5896 m.
  
  Descend to Horombo Hut for your overnight stay. The ascent is about seven to eight hours and the descent is about four to seven hours.dinner and overnight at horombo huts.

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner
• Day 6 : Horombo - Moshi

  You will descend the mountain heading to Mount Kilimanjaro Park Gate. The descent will take five to seven hours.met and transferred to the budgeted hotel for dinner and overnight.

• Day 7 : Moshi - Kilimanjaro Airport (Departure)

  After breakfast, leave Arusha either back home or board a shuttle bus to Nairobi or place of your choice,depart with our manager with a smile on our face knowing that your itinerary has been an adventure to remember for the rest of our lives.
