Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : HARIDWAR - BARKOT - ( 230kms.) Drive 7- 8 Hrs.

Depart from Haridwar early Morning and have Breakfast & Lunch enroute ( AT YOUR OWN COST ) At a Predetermined Restaurant on the way Visit kempty falls and reach Barkot in evening. On the arrive check in Hotel . The hotel is located in Heart of the Barkot town on the Yamunotri road. Dinner at Hotel Night Stay ( BARKOT ).

Day 2 : BARKOT – YAMUNOTRI - BARKOT - (32 kms. 2 Hrs.)

After an early Breakfast leave for Hanuman chatti (Drive 32 Kms) to start your journey, take a local jeep ( At your own cost) to reach Phool chatti to shorten your trek by 5 kms . On arrival start a tough trek of 7 kms one way . Arrive at Yamunotri and pray at the temple , take a holy Achman to start your most sacred pilgrimage to the Chardham .Return to Phool chatti in the evening & proceed for dinner at Hotel in Barkot . Night Halt (BARKOT).

Early Morning After Breakfast , Drive to Gangotri . On the way visit Gangnani hot spring , take a holy dip in kund . Later Drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil valley . On arrival at Gangotri , take a holy dip in the Sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin . Perform pooja and Darshan , after that relax for some times in lovely surroundings. Important Points To Note :

1. Kindly check hotel pictures before booking. Premiumnes of Hotels may vary on hills.
2. Rates will be valid for Indian National only. BioMetric Registration for the Yatra needs to be done by the passenger only, before the Yatra Begins as per government guidelines.
3. All timings need to be adhered strictly.
4. Guest need to book Local Jeep from Sonprayag to Gaurikund and back to Sonprayag by own.
5. All passengers need to carry Valid Identity Proofs & Passport Size Picture (both soft & hard

13. Passenger need to leave hotel by 4am, for Trek to Kedarnath Ji temple will start at around 5am & passenger has to return back before the departure for the next day. Passengers has to take pony or doli at their own cost to reach back on time.
14. All norms as per Government Authorities to be followed.
15. During the thermal scanning if any pilgrim is found with high temperature, he/she will not be allowed to visit shrine and COVID-19 test (RT-PCR/ANTIGEN/TRUENAT/CBNAAT) will be conducted at own cost by pilgrims.
16. Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact company. Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions kindly inform company in advance or discuss these things with company rather than driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However in case of sometime issues with some particular place we can adjust. In Chardham route some of the places are not on the way like Trijuginarayan, Lakhamandal, Auli, Kalimath, NeelkanthMahadev, AdiBadri, BhavishyaBadri etc. Kindly contact directly to company in case you want to include these places rather than driver.
17. Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
18. Any disputes, claim or legal proceedings between the pilgrims/tourists & the Nigam shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of District HARIDWAR (Uttarakhand) only within 90 days as per rules.
19. Two dose Vaccination certificate or RTPCR TEST any one of mentioned may or may not be required for Tour.
20. Further, in the event of the pilgrim/tourists leaving the tour midway due to personal reasons, no claim for refund of money either full or part will not be entertained by the STS management
21. Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.

25. Some time vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
26. Company reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable. 27. No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
28. Most of the properties have power back, geyser may not function on power back up.
29. Any unprecedented hike in cost of transportation or hotel or food or Helicopter Ticket or any regulation cost will hike the cost of the package.
30. We shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to any unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, man-made or natural.
31. Vehicles will be parked at the parking area at all station / airport / hotel / sightseeing area parking only. All guests have to walk down to the respective parking point by themselves.
32. In case the driver is not cooperative or any issue kindly contact company on the spot.
33. Driving is not allowed after 07 P.M. in Char Dham Sector
34. Driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.
35. All travellers Registration is Mandatory for Yatra.
36. Hotel booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking, in case the above hotel gets sold out we will provide a similar hotel in destination or nearby Destination.
37. Helicopter Tickets can be booked by passenger on its own through Chardham Yatra portal.
38. Helicopter flying timings may vary due to weather conditions as per aviation company's directions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
