Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : DELHI - SHIMLA

  Get ready to depart from Delhi at around 05:00 pm.
  Reach Shimla the next morning by an overnight in Tempo Traveller/Volvo.

• Day 2 : SHIMLA - KALPA (SHIMLA - NARKANDA - KALPA) - OVERNIGHT STAY AT KALPA

  Have breakfast, freshen up, and drive through Kufri, with Narkanda on the way to Sangla
  valley.
  We will be reaching Kalpa by evening.
  Gossip Time with fellow travel buddies.
  After dinner, go for a good night's sleep.

• Day 3 : KALPA - TABO (KALPA - NAKO - TABO)- OVERNIGHT STAY AT TABO

  After breakfast, we will visit the famous Kalpa Roghi Suicide Point.
  Kalpa is a small hamlet in Kinnaur.
  Next, you will be departing for Tabo. Passing by the Spiti River, enjoy 360- degree view of
  the mesmerizing snow-clad mountains.
  Reach Tabo, by evening, check-in to your homestay, and have local Spiti cuisine.
  After dinner, go for a good night's sleep.

• Day 4 : TABO - KAZA (HIKKIM - KOMIC - LANGZA - DHANKAR MONASTERY) - OVERNIGHT STAY AT KAZA

  Wake up to a beautiful sunrise.
  Spiti Valley sightseeing awaits you after having breakfast.
  Visit the spectacular Tibetan Buddhist Dhankar Monastery located on a picturesque hilltop.
  At 4,400m above sea level, the Hikkim post office is a vital connection to the outside world.
  Send postcards to friends and family.
  Visit Komic Gompa at the World's Highest motorable village and have a delicious lunch.
  Langza is a high-altitude village known for ancient marine fossils.
  Collect some fossils to take memories of nature home.

• Day 5 : KAZA (KEY MONASTERY - KIBBER VILLAGE - CHICHAM BRIDGE) - OVERNIGHT STAY AT KAZA

  Wake up to a beautiful sunrise.
  Spiti Valley sightseeing awaits you again after having breakfast.
  Visit the spectacular Tibetan Buddhist Key Monastery located on a picturesque hilltop at an
  altitude of 4,166 meters above sea level.
  Kibber, a town that is an extremely continuous objective for snow panthers to visit. As well
  as witness a great deal assortment of Himalayan Ibex, Red Fox and so fort.
  Return back to Kaza in the evening for Dinner & Stay.
  Visit the Asia's Highest Suspension Bridge.

• Day 6 : KAZA - NAKO (PIN VALLEY & GUE MONASTERY) - OVERNIGHT STAY AT NAKO

  We start tracing our steps towards Shimla.
  However, make one last stop to witness the one of the high altitude village.
  Visit the Gue monastery and Pin valley which is the home of Snow leopard in between.
  Later check in to the Homestay near Nakol Lake, and stay under the gaze of a million stars
  and the Milky Way Galaxy.
  Dinner & sleep overnight.

• Day 7 : NAKO - CHHITKUL (KHAB - SANGLA - RAKCHHAM) - OVERNIGHT STAY AT CHHITKUL/SANGLA

  Wake up early morning to witness a mesmerizing sunrise.
  After having breakfast, head towards Chhitkul.
  Today, we commence our way again on the Ka Loops.
  We pass through some more stunning landscapes and reach Chhitkul by afternoon.
  After some leisure, enjoy sunset near Baspa River.
  Stay in Chhitkul.

• Day 8 : CHHITKUL AND DEPARTURE (CHHITKUL- SHIMLA - DELHI)

  Wake up & post-breakfast bid farewell to the Chhitkul.
  After breakfast, visit some local market buy some souvenirs for your loved ones, and after it

  Reach Shimla by evening, visit the famous Shimla's ridge and start your journey towards
  Delhi.
  Reach by the next morning with lots of amazing memories to remember for a lifetime!

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
 Prices valid from 08 th October 2022 TO 31 st March 2023 (EVERY SATURDAY DEPARTURE).
 Booking: All booking for the tours /treks are made with Leafmount Adventures, hereinafter
referred to as ‘the company’ and are subject to the conditions: the person signing the booking
form accepts the conditions and is hereafter referred to as the client.
 Liability: The Company cannot be made liable for the consequences of weather conditions, flight
cancellations, war or threat of civil war, strikes, industrial action, political unrest, or any other
force majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstance. The company reserves the right to use
alternate transport, or vary the itinerary if breakdown, sickness, or any other force major. Any
additional result, such as extra hotel accommodation, flight or road transport will be on your
charge and must be paid directly at the spot.
 Please understand, there are certain hazards involved in your adventurous and cultural holidays
which you must accept at your own risk. The company will not be liable for any illness major or
minor injury, death sustained during neither the trip, nor it will be liable for any uninsured losses
of your property and other losses during the trip.
 Travel insurance: This is mandatory for all clients traveling on any tour/ trek or independent
itinerary arranged by us. You are responsible for obtaining adequate insurance covering
expenses of unexpected as mentioned in the liability paragraph. The loss of baggage, medical
expenses, helicopter (air or ground) rescue, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation, and
curtailment of the itinerary.
 The decision of Tour/trek leader or Guide: The client agrees to accept the authority and the
decision of the tour/ trek leader or escort appointed by the company whilst on tour with the
company. If in the opinion of the tour/ trek leader, any client’s behavior is detrimental to the
safety, welfare, or harmonious state of the group as a whole, the client may be asked to leave the
tour/trek without any right of refund and all extra expenses caused will be on his/her charge.
 The organizers or any individual connected with the camp shall not be held responsible for any
accident or any unforeseen natural calamity.
 Last moment changes on the program will not be acceptable. The final decision on any dispute
will be taken by LEAFMOUNT ADVENTURES
 Participants are expected to be in discipline. One can be dismissed from the program/camp who
is found to be misbehaving with any individual or staff members, without prior notice.
 All sightseeing and treks are by walk.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations.
However,
 If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be
charged as cancellation fees.
 If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be
charged as cancellation fees
 If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost
will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain
activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to
provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
