Day 1 : IXB Airport to Gangtok transfer

Reach NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport, meet & greet by our office executive and transfer to Gangtok in an executive vehicle – Upon arrival complete check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure – Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 2 : Gangtok to Lachen transfer

Morning after breakfast drive to Lachen - Chungthang is nearly 96 KM from Gangtok - On the way stop at Chungthang or Miyang Chu for Lunch - Next drive for 29 KM from Chungthang to Lachen – Reach Lachen by late afternoon – Check-in to the hotel – Evening free to stroll or visit the Lachen Monastery or visit the Lepcha Village – Overnight stay at Lachen.

Day 3 : Gurudongmar Lake visit & Lachung transfer

Morning after breakfast drive to Gurudongmar lake (15800 ft.) – This is a holy lake and is one of the most sacred place of worship for the Buddhist – The Lake gets frozen during winter barring a stretch which remains as water even at -20⁰ C – The region is generally covered with snow from December to April – This is a stretch of cold desert till Tibet / China – After Lunch drive to Lachung – Overnight stay at Lachung.

Day 4 : Yumthang Valley visit & Gangtok transfer

Morning after breakfast drive for 24 km to Yumthang valley (altitude 11800 ft) – Known as Valley of Flowers, Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of the Yaks & winter playgrounds of Yetis - route witness the Beautification of the wonderful Bheema & Twin Falls – On arrival at check-in to the hotel – Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Zero point visit costing not include in package cost. If you can visit that place, on that time extra costing will be directly pay to Driver

Day 5 : Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass Visit (Optional)

Morning after breakfast near about 7:30 a.m. – Permits are made for one day visit to Tsomgo Lake (height 12310 ft. & depth 50 ft.) & Baba Mandir – This is nearly 48 km drive and takes nearly 2.5 hours – Tsomgo lake is one of the holy lake of the region - A temple of Lord Shiva is built on the lakeside - Primula flowers and other alpine plantation provide an immaculate beauty to this place - Till April it is full of snow and lay frozen – Nathula Pass visit has to be arranged the previous Night when Voters ID card will be asked for – Nathula Pass (India China Border 14200 ft.) once booked the amount is not refunded even if the trip get cancelled - Back to hotel for lunch or lunch on the way - The rest of the day is free - Evening one is free to stroll around M. G. Marg or the Local Market – Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Note: Nathula Pass costing will be additional – Permit not sure & it's subject to availability (Every Monday & Tuesday Closed) – Nathula Permit will be on sharing basis only, Permit can’t be made individually – Permit apply time 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on one day before from actual visiting date – So, kindly give us a reminder call on one day before on 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Day 6 : Gangtok to Pelling transfer & half day Sightseeing.

Upon arrival complete check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel & Proceed for half day sightseeing to Khecheopalri Lake, Sky Walk Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse ruins – Overnight stay at Pelling.

Day 7 : Pelling to Darjeeling transfer

Morning 7:30 a.m. after breakfast proceed to forwarding journey to Darjeeling – (7000 ft.) the land of breathtaking beauty, amidst rolling tea gardens, crowned by the majestic Himalayas popularly known as the Queen of the hills - Jewel in the crown of the Eastern Himalayas with mesmerizing beauty offers spectacular views of the Mount Everest, Mount Kanchenjunga and the rest of spectacular Himalayan range – check-in to the hotel – after that you can ride toy train - Evening free for visit to the Mall (Chowrasta) along with local Market for City Life - Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 8 : Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

Early morning at around 3:45 a.m. drive to Tiger Hill, Batasia loop & Ghoom Monastery – Back to hotel within 8.00 a.m. – After breakfast Half Day city tour includes Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing Rock, Tea Estate Visit, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed) - Back to hotel – Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Note: Tiger hill pass / coupons subject to availability & it’s free of cost – It will be restricted to not more than 300 cab / day – Based on coupons given by Sadar traffic office only a day in advance.

Payment Terms & Methods : Payment Mode:
• Booking to be confirmed only after getting the token amount of INR 20000.00 by cash / fund transfer & remaining full payment will have to pay by cash only in advance before starting the journey – Otherwise SSTT reserves the right to cancel the pre-booking service.
• If we get any booking from Travel Agency / Authority / Management against token amount – That time they have to libel to clear the remaining full payment – Otherwise we will be collect the remain full payment for Guest / Client directly.

Terms & Condition:
• For late Arrival / Unscheduled extensions please must be reported in advance for necessary arrangement and action.
• If by Strikes, Political Closures, War, Civil Disturbance, Natural calamity, Landslide, Non-permit, Flight / Train Cancellations, Accident, Breakdown, Weather, Sickness or any other unforeseen calamities car will go by different route, guest will be bare extra money for long route.
• North Sikkim / Tsomgo Lake / Baba Mandir / Nathula Pass permit are subject of availability.
• If you can’t visit the Tsomgo Lake / Baba Mandir due to non-permit, landslide or any other reasons that time we will provide alternate sightseeing.
• If you can’t visit the Nathula Pass due to non-permit, landslide or any other reasons that time INR 2500.00 will be refundable. Nathula Pass permit is subject to availability.
• If Management/Agency/Authority/we are unable to provide the taxi service for any Strikes, Political Closures, War, Civil Disturbance, Natural calamity or any unforeseen calamities, that time we will refund only after deducting the expenditure of the travels.
• In case of breakdown we will be arrange swayable vehicle.
• The SSTT reserves the right to forfeit the package amount, in case of any cancellations from client side during the tour.
• In case the client requiring any changes in the pre-booked service, such changes would be considered as new service. The cost for the new service is payable separately and adjustment with the cost of original service is not admissible. Such extension or alteration of the original service is subject to both HVH and the guests agreeing on the same. In case of any disagreement HVH commitment is limited to the service already booked.
• The Management/Agency/Authority/we will not undertake liability towards any damage or loss of life or any property of the tourist due to an accident, theft, robbery, any illegal or immoral activity, any penalty by caused of activities against civic rule, natural calamities during the tour.
• Vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. Vehicle will be available to guest as per itinerary only (Point to Point basis)
• Our vehicle doesn’t go to bed and narrow road. Driver decision should be final.
• Guests are requested to carry original copy of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / Aadhar card along with 4 copy passport size photographs.
• Children (above 5 years) / Students are requested to carry original copy of school / College Photo Identity card / Aadhar card along with 4 copy passport size photographs.
• For Infants (below 5 years) carry 4 copy passport size photographs. Also carry the original birth certificate / Aadhar card.
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary, will need extra cost and directly payable on the spot.
• The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
• As there is shortage of space for car parking in the entire Sikkim & Darjeeling region – guest will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers. Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach at the parking stand.
• AC will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle.
• In Sikkim & Darjeeling region the same vehicles will not be providing for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise.
• If any tourist spot do not complete which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
• If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should be informed to our executive previous day before 16:00 hrs, after that no changes are allowed. If the guest inform after 16:00 hrs it will be consider as a cancellation with no refund or guest will pay extra cost for reschedule the sightseeing.
• The guests are request to travel with minimum baggage (one baggage per person). In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this extra vehicle will be pay by guest directly.
• In Gangtok city Traveller / Sumo or Similar will not to be enter in the GMC area. It will drop at Deorali Stand. Stand to hotel Drop / Pickup costing is not including in package.
• Vehicle subject to availability and should be providing category wise availability not model wise.
• All vehicle rates are subject to change for the increasing of fuel cost.
• Rates are valid for Indian nationals only.
• All dispute will subject to Siliguri jurisdiction only.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
