What to expect
Greet your guide in Monastiraki Square. Then, hit the buzzing streets to learn about some of the Greek capital's specialities. Call at an old cafe to try koulouria, a sesame-sprinkled bread that’s popular at breakfast. Visit a pastry shop for a custard-filled filo delight and loukoumades—small honey-and-nut-drenched donuts—and then head for a bakery and cheese shop to sample a pie and local cheese.
Next is Athens' central meat and fish market, Varvakios Agora, to browse the colorful stands. Savor home-produced Greek coffee and visit hidden delis to try fruit, olives, ham, and other produce.
Stop at a souvenir shop and taste Greek yogurt, wine, aromatized vinegar, organic olive oil, and honey—perhaps buying some take-home gifts—and stroll Evripidou Street to relish the aromas of its herb and spice shops. After one last tasting, your tour finishes at the starting point

“The pistachio island.” The most popular destination near Athens.
An island known for its long history and, of course, for the cultivation of pistachios. Follow us on a walk to the local market and try traditional delicacies, from local liqueurs to the famous homemade ice cream.
You have one and a half hour to wander or even swim on the beach, which is only two minutes away from the boat. We welcome you with fresh, seasonal fruits.
