Day 1 : Arrival Entebbe Airport
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our guide who will then take you to Cassia Lodge (Mid range) for an overnight and dinner.
Day 2 : Kampala – Murchison Falls National Park.
Begin the panoramic drive north-west through the famous Luwero Triangle and, travel to Masindi via Ziwa Rhino Project. A visit to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino trekking is a must. After lunch, drive to Murchison Falls “.Overnight and dinner at Murchison River Lodge (Mid Lodge facility).
Day 3 : Murchison Falls. Game Drive, Boat Ride to the Delta (lake Albert Side)
After your cup of coffee, cross the Nile by ferry to the northern bank of the park. Your guide will help you spot Elephant, Lion, Cape buffalo, Rothschild’s giraffe, hartebeest, Waterbuck, Oribi, Bushbuck, Bohor reedbuck, hyena and if you are lucky, the leopard. A mid morning boat trip through the extensive papyrus delta through which the Victoria Nile flows into Lake Albert. Here again there are plenty of animals and birds to see with an excellent chance of seeing the rare Shoebill. This trip may last up to takes hours.
Return to the hotel for lunch and refreshment. After lunch, go for a boat safari upstream the calm Victoria Nile to the base of the falls stopping just tens of meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron”. En-route, marvel at the toothsome hippos, crocodiles and over this 17 km stretch you may see elephant, waterbuck and Uganda Kob crocodile. This is also a zone of many bird species like Goliath heron, Egyptian goose, pelican bee-eater, kingfisher, hornbill, cormorant and the rare shoebill stork. Overnight and dinner at Murchison River Lodge (Mid Lodge facility).

Day 4 : Drive from Murchison to Kibale
All day drive south via Hoima to Fort Portal through verdant countryside and past traditional homesteads and farms along Albertine Rift escarpments. Fort-Portal rests in the shadow of the fabled Mountains of the Moon. Meals and over night at Primate Lodge-Forest Cottages Forest Cottages (Mid Lodge) A stunning location overlooking a dramatic Crater Lake and the fabled “Mountains of the Moon”.
Day 5 : Chimpanzee Trekking Kibale
Half day search of chimpanzee and 10 other primate including phoestes, red Colobus, blues, and red tailed and grey cheeked mangabey. The guide will provide detailed explanations, not only on primates, but also on all the forest fauna and flora and will ensure that your walk is both informative and enjoyable. This walk is excellent for viewing bird life and seeing primates at close quarters. After lunch, proceed to Bwindi via Queen Elizabeth National Park and here you may spot many wildlife including Elephants, Buffaloes, among others. This is the lushest highland rain forest on earth, filled with primates and exotic birds, valleys, hilltops and papyrus swamps. Dinner and overnight stay at Sliver back Lodge (Mid range).
Day 6 : Gorilla Trekking Bwindi
Begin the day with breakfast ready for trekking, which begins at 8:00 am with a briefing from the UWA staff. Ensure to carry along with you rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots etc The guides will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy Primates for a group you have been booked for. Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare Mountain Gorilla, perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The tracking may take between 2 and 6 hours but it’s well worth the effort. The afternoon is spent on a foot safari around the local communities living around the park. Dinner and overnight stay at Sliver back Lodge (Mid range).
Day 7 : Bwindi – Lake Bunyonyi
After an early breakfast transfer to Lake Bunyonyi in Kabale. Lunch break is made in Kabale. The afternoon is spent for relaxation and sightseeing around the Lake. Overnight stay at Bunyonyi Safaris Resort (Mid Range facility).
Day 8 : Full Day At Lake Bunyonyi.
Visit the pygmies and also a boat ride along the famous Lake Bunyonyi.
The day begins with a boat trip for sightseeing and birding along Lake Bunyonyi. Feel the wonders of nature as you will see big terraced hills, big valleys, big everything including big people and forests! This can be combined with a nature walk and cultural visit to the Batwa Pygmies community to explore their life style. Overnight stay at Bunyonyi Safaris Resort (Mid Range facility).
Day 9 : Lake Bunyonyi Transfer to Entebbe
After breakfast, return to Kampala and Entebbe Airport with lunch enroute to catch up with your outbound flight.
