Package Overview

Chardham Yatra is one of the most sacred Hindu Pilgrimage consisting of four shrines named as Gangotri, Yamunotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath in Uttarakhand. It is believed that the Char Dham Yatra opens the gates of salvation by washing away all the sins of mankind. It is also believed that this journey must be undertaken at least once in a lifetime to achieve “moksh”. Package includes 9 nights stays:- 2Night stay in Barkot, 2 Night in Uttarkashi , 2 Night in Guptkashi/Sitapur, 1 Night in Kedarnath, 1 Night in Badrinath, 1 Night in Rudraprayag

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Haridwar to Barkot

  Pickup from Haridwar Railway Station/Airport .
  Depart for Har ki Pauri for ganga snan.
  Later start your journey to Barkot.
  Later drive to Barkot ,Check into the hotel,arrival in Barkot.
  Overnight stay and Dinner at Barkot.

• Day 2 : Barkot - Jankichatti - Yamunotri - Barkot

  Early morning after breakfast, drive to Jankichatti/ Phoolchatti.
  Start your trek from here to Yamunotri (6kms one side trek either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost).
  After arrival at Yamunotri take bath in warm water of Surya Kund (Hot Spring). “Darshan” of pious “Yamunaji” .
  Returning to Jankichatti. Later drive towards Barkot.
  Overnight stay and Dinner at Barkot.

• Day 3 : Barkot to Uttarkashi

  Wake up at Morning ,after breakfast, relax for a while.
  Later drive to Uttarkashi.
  Visit Shiv gufa on the way to Uttarkashi.
  In Uttarkashi visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
  Check into the hotel in Uttarkashi.

• Day 4 : Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi

  Wake Up early morning after breakfast, drive to Gangotri.
  On the way visit Gangnani Hot Spring. Take a holy dip in Kund.
  Later drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil valley.
  On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin.
  Perform Pooja and Darshan, after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings.
  Later return drive to Uttarkashi.

• Day 5 : Uttarkashi to Guptkashi/Sitapur

  Wake Up early Morning after breakfast, drive to Guptkashi/Sitapur.
  Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara.
  The Mandakini River comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi.
  Check into the hotel in Guptkashi/Sitapur.
  Overnight stay and Dinner at Guptkashi/Sitapur.

• Day 6 : Guptkashi/Sitapur to Kedarnath

  Wake up in morning freshen up have breakfast check out from hotel later depart for sonprayag.
  Reach sonprayag take a jeep to gaurikund at your own cost (it cost around Rs 40-50 per person)
  Reach gaurikund start trek to kedarnath temple it is around 19 km trek distance. Reach kedarnath by evening.
  Do Kedarnath Dham Darshan
  Check into hotel it is basic stay,hotels rooms are quad/Penta/hexa sharing basis.
  
  Important Information: Please Read
  By Trek: To reach Kedarnath by trekking route first you have to reach Gaurikund. We will drive to Sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will
  drop to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag 5 kms drive to Gaur ikund local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeeps guests can book directly at own cost. Gaurikund
  to Kedarnath is further 14 Kms trek. Due to long trek guests needs to start very early in the morning. Get packed breakfast from hotel to start early. Horse /
  Pony / Palakhi is also available for trekking at Gaurikund. Guests can book that at own cost. Visit Kedarnath Temple. Later trek down to Gaurikund. Take jeep
  to Sonprayag at own cost. Our driver will pick up you from Sonprayag and take you to your hotel. There is a big parking issue so driver will park the vehicle
  at other place if his contact no. is not working then you have to arrange other taxi or wait for your driver.

• Day 7 : Kedarnath To Sitapur Trek Down

  Wake up in morning freshen up have breakfast do pray and darshan in kedarnath temple.
  Later visit bhairav nath temple it is around 2km trek from kedarnath temple.
  Later trek down to gaurikund. Reach gaurikund take a jeep to sitapur/sonprayag.
  Later depart for S i t a p u r / guptkashi.
  Reach S i t a p u r / guptkashi check into hotel.
  Dinner & overnight stay in Guptkashi/Sitapur

• Day 8 : Guptkashi/Sitapur to Badrinath

  Wake Up early Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath.
  Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath.
  Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan - Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus).
  There are other interesting sightseeing spots like Mana,
  Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the "Mukh of the Saraswati River”. Just within the 3 kms of Badrinath.
  Overnight stay and Dinner at Badrinath.

• Day 9 : Badrinath to Rudraprayag

  Early morning,after doing breakfast.
  Later visit Mana village,Vyas Gufa,Bhimkund and the “Mukh of the Saraswati River”. Just within 3km from Badrinath.
  Drive towards rudraprayag.
  Check into the hotel .
  Overnight stay and Dinner at Rudraprayag .

  Wake up in the morning . Do Breakfast pack bags not only with the luggage but also with memories and head toward your home.
  Visit the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini River in rudraprayag.
  Get transferred to the Haridwar.
  Drop at Haridwar Railway Station/Hotel.
