Its a relaxed itinerary where day starts at 9 am and ends at 8 pm every evening. The stay is provided in good and comfortable 4 star hotels at outskirts (usually 20-25 km from the city center). What to Expect
Please note hotels provided shall be located in outskirts of cities (usually 18 - 25 km from city center). All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air conditioned coach.
Maximum room occupancy in Europe is 3 persons in a room.
As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
Room sizes of hotels you can expect 4 stars (190 sq ft - 230 sq ft) and if 3 stars then it will be (120 - 180 sq ft). Please note hotels in Europe don't provide free water bottles. Tap water is usually drinkable across Europe. Please note we provide one stop airlines to Europe (into Paris out of Milan) from DEL, BOM and BLR.
Please note we may provide up to 2 stop airlines to Europe (into Paris out of Milan) from AMD, CCU, HYD and MAA.
All airlines provided will include 30 Kg of check-in baggage and in-flight meals.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Geneva - Transfer to Hotel

  On arrival, our tour manager/local representative will meet and welcome you outside the airport. Later, we proceed to the hotel and check–in. (Dinner)

• Day 2 : Day trip to Gstaad - Glacier 3000

  Breakfast at the hotel. Today visit Glacier 3000 near Gstaad. Travel by cable car to the Glacier 3000. Once on top, there are various activities for young and old. The 1 kilometre Alpine Coaster, the world’s highest bobsleigh track, is a must. There are also husky dog sled rides, the snow bus and skiing galore. There are also 2 restaurants- Botta 3000 and the Oldegg where you can enjoy anything from small snacks to local specialities with the spectacular view thrown in for free. While returning back you can opt to spend a couple of hours at the small town of Gstaad. This gorgeous walking city boasts a high-end and sophisticated aura that attracts celebs and world-travelers from all over. Gstaad can be considered the more exclusive and local alternative to St. Moritz – with it’s luxurious charm and upscale environment. Return to your hotel after a fun filled day. • Day 3 : Lavaux Vineyards - UNESCO World Heritage Site - Chocolate Factory and Montreux Orientation

  After breakfast we begin our day with a trip to the Lavaux Vineyards. A trip to the terraced Lavaux Vineyards is at the top of most visitors' hit lists. Take a stroll through the labyrinth of vines or hop on a train tour around the UNESCO World Heritage Site before heading to the wine cellar to sample the region’s beloved Chasselas wine. We continue our journey to Maison Cailler-Nestlé chocolate factory. Learn everything about the history of Swiss chocolate making tradition followed by chocolate tasting. We stop by Montreux on the way back where you can click some pics outside the statue of Freddie Mercury on the banks of Lake Geneva. Visit one of Switzerland’s most magnificent and historic locations, the Chateau Chillon from outside, located on the shores of Lake Geneva. Overnight stay in the Lake Geneva Region. • Day 4 : Proceed to Zurich - Berne Orientation Tour - Shopping in Zurich

  After breakfast we leave for Zurich. On the way we stop in Bern, the capital city of Switzerland. We stop by the Clock Tower and outside Einstein's house for some photos. Albert Einstein’s house in Bern is where he developed his famous theory of relativity. Later we reach Zurich and check in. Spend the evening exploring Zurich town, shopping at the Bahnofstrasse or visiting the Fraumunster church. Overnight in Zurich. Breakfast and Dinner

• Day 5 : Visit Mt. Titlis- Enjoy Cable Car Rides Including The World’s First Rotating Cable Car, The Rotair – To The Top Of Mt. Titlis At 3,020 Metres

  Today enjoy amazing scenery, a once in a lifetime experience with an exhilarating tip to the top of Mt Titlis at 3020 metres on various cable cars including Rotair, the world’s first revolving cable car. Get a breath taking unrestricted 360 degrees stunning view of the dazzling snow caped peak, deep crevasses and pristine white snow fields, dotted with massive ice boulders from every angle. Do not forget to visit the “Cliff Walk” the highest suspension bridge in Europe along the cliff of Mt.Titlis. Later proceed on an orientation tour of Lucerne one of most beautiful cities in Switzerland.   Get set for a memorable magical alpine excursion to Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe, a high–point of your tour. This tour is not included and can be added at extra cost. First we proceed to Grindelwald Terminal. The new 3S-Bahn Eiger Express takes you from the Grindelwald Terminal to the Eigergletscher station in just 15 minutes. There you board a cogwheel train to reach the highest railway station in Europe at 11,333 feet – a world of eternal ice and snow. Visit the Ice Palace where artistes create their work of art in ice. Later relax in your coach as we proceed to the beautiful city of Paris. The journey is a bit long so we arrive by early evening. Exclusions

• Tipping is expected from anyone providing your service e.g. Coach Driver, Local Guides, etc. It is mandatory to tip a nominal amount of EUR 3 per person/per day. For the entire duration of this tour which is 10 Days, the total Tips amount is Euro 30 per person to be paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour.
• Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
• Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category Cost of Air ticket deviation charges.
• Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
• Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour.
• Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.

Important Notes

• General
• Please note the hotels used in the fixed departures are usually located in the outskirts of cities (typically 15 - 18 km) from the city center.
• All tours and transfers shall be done in a AC coach.
• Breakfasts served in the hotels shall be strictly continental breakfast only (unless mentioned otherwise).
• It is strictly not allowed to eat or drink in the coach. Please keep the coaches clean.
• There are no porters available in Europe, and passengers are expected to carry luggage themselves.
• The drivers, bell boy, hotel/restaurant staff, tour managers, waiters have to be treated with high respect and dignity through out the tour.
• Tipping is mandatory in Europe and in order to expect good service please ensure that the drivers and tour manager are tipped as per the tour (EUR 3 per person per day). The tips shall be collected by the tour manager during the tour directly.
• General
• Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 30,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.
• Post Booking within 1 week an additional deposit of Rs. 45,000 per person needs to be paid.
• For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 75,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
• Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
• Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
• In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
• In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 40,000 and the balance will be refunded.
• Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
• The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
• Within 15 days - 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
• Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
• International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
• Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
• It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
• In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
• No refunds for unutilized services.
• Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 20. In case the group strength falls below 20, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeings as mentioned in the itinerary.
• On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
• If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
• In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
