A Day Trip Orangutans Tour

Package Overview

In the morning at 8.00 you will be fetched at your hotel/address in Medan,,

Then depart to Bukit Lawang the observation point of the Orangutans located in Gunung Leuser National Park through by landscape with vast view of palm oil and rubber plantation. En-route stops at of rubber, oil palm and cacao plantations with some countryside landscape

At noon arrive in Bukit Lawang. After lunch time, you will make a short 3 hrs jungle trekking where you can see the semi or wild Orangutans. Steep, slopes and dense vegetation will bring you to the excitement of the Sumatra rainforest. Here you have the opportunity to see several species of indigenous flora and fauna. Walkers must be fit and have suitable, large profile shoes.

End of the trekking, continue down to the Bohorok river, cross by rubber boat or tube then walk back to the parking area where you start drive back to Medan.Flight tickets and airport tax
