Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : NJP RLY STATION / IXB AIRPORT - DARJEELING (75 KILOMETERS / 3 HOURS)

  As you will arrive at New Jalpaiguri railway station (Siliguri) or Bagdogra Airport (Siliguri), our representative will be waiting for you to transfer you to Darjeeling (6,950 ft.). Overnight dinner and stay at Darjeeling hotel.
• Day 2 : DARJEELING SIGHTSEEING

  Early morning, you will drive to Tiger Hill (8,400 ft.), from where you can watch the stunning sun rising above the horizon over the Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft), world's third largest peak. On your way back from Tiger Hill, you will be visiting other attractions of Darjeeling like Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. The evening will be free for leisure. Also, you may go shopping and pick some tea and Tibetan artifacts. Dinner and overnight stay at Darjeeling hotel.

• Day 3 : DARJEELING - GANGTOK (100 KILOMETERS / 4 HOURS)

  Post breakfast, you will embark on a drive to Gangtok (5,500 feet.), which is approximately 96.8 kilometers from Darjeeling. The evening will be free for leisure. You can go shopping and pick handicrafts, handlooms, hand-loomed carpets with traditional themes, hand-painted masques, shawls, paintings and wooden dolls. Dinner and overnight stay at Gangtok.
• Day 4 : GANGTOK LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

  Today, you will be going for a sightseeing tour to Gangtok covering Tashi view point (famous for offering stunning view of sweeping view of Kanchenjunga snow peaks), popular Hindu temples like Ganesh Tok, and Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Enchey Monastery ( a rare monastery founded by Lama Druptab Karpo in 1840) and Banjakhri Falls. Dinner and overnight stay at Gangtok hotel.

• Day 5 : EXCURSION TO TSOMGO LAKE & BABA MANDIR

  Kick start your day with a hearty meal as today is going to be a fun day. According to your pre-decided schedule, you will be visiting Tsomgo Lake (12,400 Feet), a high-altitude lake that is sacred to both Hindus and Buddhist. After spending few minutes at the lake, you will visit the Baba Mandir (13,200 Feet). Dinner and Overnight stay at Gangtok.
• Day 6 : GANGTOK - NJP RLY STATION / IXB AIRPORT (120 KILOMETERS / 5 HOURS)

  After breakfast at the Gangtok hotel, you will transfer to New Jalpaiguri railway station (Siliguri) or Bagdogra Airport (Siliguri) for your journey onwards.
