Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Bagdogra / Bagdogra - Gangtok

  In the morning, board your flight to Bagdogra.
  
  You will be met upon arrival by Make My Trip representative. Later drive to Gangtok (5500 Ft /1677 Mts).
  
  Upon arrival, proceed for check-in at your hotel.
  
  Overnight at the hotel.
• Day 2 : Gangtok

  After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake
  
  Further 10 kms from Tshangu Lake on lays the legendary Baba Mandir.
  
  Tshangu Lake: situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around.
  
  NEW Baba Mandir: at an altitude of over 13,000 feet. It was built in memory of a soldier in the 23rd Punjab Regiment, who drowned in a stream near the spot. Legend says he later appeared in a dream to one of his colleagues where he requested that a temple be built in his memory.
  
  Return back to hotel in the evening. Overnight at hotel
• Day 3 : Gangtok - Lachung By: Surface (125 Kms / 7 Hours

  After breakfast, check out of the hotel at Gangtok and proceed to Lachung.
  
  On the way visit Tashi view point, Kabi Longtsok, Singhik view point. Stop for lunch which is on direct payment basis.
  
  Arrive in the evening at Lachung.
  
  Check into the hotel. Overnight at the hotel
• Day 4 : Lachung - Yumthang - Lachung (25 Kms / 1.5 Hours Each Way)

  Early morning after breakfast, proceed for a half day excursion to Yumthang Valley.
  
  On the way visit the Hot Spring and Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary.
  
  After lunch at hotel transfer to Gangtok. On the way, see Bhim Nala water fall & Twin water fall. Arrive in the evening at Gangtok and check into the hotel. Evening will be at leisure.
  
  Overnight at the hotel

• Day 5 : Gangtok - Namchi - Pelling By: Surface (127 Kms / 6 Hrs)

  After breakfast, depart for Pelling en-route visiting the famous tourist places Char Dham and Samdruptse Hill in Namchi.
  
  Afternoon drive to Pelling.
  
  Overnight at the hotel.
• Day 6 : Pelling - Darjeeling By: Surface (110 Kms / 5 Hrs)

  After breakfast, proceed for half day sightseeing to Rimbi Waterfalls & Hydro Project, Kanchenjunga
  
  Waterfalls, Khecheopalri Lake (30 Kms / 6000 Ft / 1829 Mts).
  
  Afternoon, depart for Darjeeling.
  
  Upon arrival at Darjeeling, check into your hotel. Evening will be at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
• Day 7 : Darjeeling

  Early morning (approx. 4.00 AM), you will visit Tiger Hill before the break of dawn, to see the sun rise over Mount Everest, the highest mountain peak in the world (subject to clear weather).
  
  On your way back stop at the Ghoom Monastery, the holiest monastery in Darjeeling and Batasia Loop.
  
  Return to hotel for breakfast.
  
  After breakfast, you will be driving to Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Himalayan Mountaineering
  
  Institute & Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zooogical Park.
  
  Later visit the Tibetan refugee help centre.
  
  Visit to Happy Valley Tea Estate.
  
  Evening return to your hotel or walk around the streets of the colonial city Darjeeling
  
  Overnight at the hotel

  • Themes Hill Stations & Valleys, Mountaineering
• Day 8 : Darjeeling - Bagdogra Depart By: Surface (93 Kms / 3.5 Hrs)

  After a leisure breakfast, drive to Bagdogra on time for flight to onward destination.
