Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Pithoragarh

  Arrival at Pithoragarh, (Check in after 1:00 pm). Medical Check-up for above 50 age at Govt Hospital in Pithoragarh. Evening briefing about the next day schedule. Overnight stay and Dinner at Pithoragarh Hotel.

  • Themes : Sightseeing

• Day 2 : Pithoragarh – Gunji/Napalchu/Nabhi

  After breakfast departure from Pithoragarh to Gunji by Helicopter. Lunch at Gunji and rest of the day will be for Acclimatization. After some rest visit to Manokamna Temple in Nabi. Dinner and overnight stay at Gunji Homestay.

• Day 3 : Gunji/Napalchu/Nabhi – Adi Kailash - Gunji/Napalchu/Nabhi.

  We will start early morning from Gunji/ Napalchu to Jolin kong by helicopter for Mount Adi Kailash darshan. Early in the morning before we land you get to see the divine Adi Kailash by air. For Jyoling kong to Parvati Sarovar (3km approx) by ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) for convenient journey on snow. On the way you can spot Kunti Parvat, and Brahma Parvat. We will also see Pandava Parvat and Parvati Mukut. Experience the amazing terrain and the Mighty Himalayas all around. Lunch at Jyoling kong. Return to Gunji by helicopter. Dinner and Overnight stay at Napalchu /Gunji Village where you will witness warm and heartly welcome by locals. Experience the local tradition and culture.

• Day 4 : Gunji/Napalchu/Nabhi – Om Parvat- Gunji/Napalchu/Nabhi.

  After breakfast leave for Nabhidang by Helicopter. Where devotees can see a “Miracle of Nature”! Where Snow lies on the mountain in the shape of ॐ. We will go for darshan of Om Parvat. After darshan return by Helicopter to Gunji. Guest House / Maintained Home Stay at Gunji / Napalchu / Nabhi.

• Day 5 : Pithoragarh drop

  After an early breakfast we will head towards the Gunji Helipad. Boarding the helicopter for Gunji to Pithoragarh. After reaching Gunji Guests can proceed for their Home destinations further with the blessigns of Lord Shiva.

• Filled yatra application form and permit form for Adi Kailash with Passport size photo
• Medical fitness certificate required from any MBBS doctor
• Copy of Identity proof like Aadhar card, Indian Passport and Voter ID
• Two Additional colored passport size photo

Terms & Conditions

• Hotel can be change due to any reason and without prior notice and similar hotels will be provided to guest.
• As per the Government guideline, all travelers (Indian/Foreign Nationals) are required to provide proper ID proof like Aadhar Card, Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card
• Hotel / Camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company will be not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
• If meals are included in package, it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed meal.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
• AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle.
• In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
• No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems
• Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
• All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by company. Company can change the features or functionality of the services at any time, without any notice.
• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides on Adi Kailash tour route, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
• Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon
• As possible for the major problems. For minor problems, which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
• Meal varieties (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) will be on the basis of hotel menu.
• In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
• Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation before booking)
• In case you want multiple visit to some particular place kindly mention in advance because some places are having very high charges of parking.
• Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change)

Balance 50% amount 07 Days before the departure date

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under "Special Notes." Please carefully review the "Special Notes" of your tour prior to booking. Please know that COMPANY will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable.

Cancellation Made Within Refund Policy
10 days prior to departure : Non-refundable
10 -15 Days Prior to Departure Date : 25% of total purchase amount can be refunded
16-30 Days Prior to Departure Date : 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
30 or more Days Prior to Dep. Date : 75% of total purchase amount can be refunded

Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request Form and travel service start date.
If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 6 days, we will not change a traveler’s departure date and will not offer a refund.
All cancellations must be made directly with the company, not with tour vendors.
In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveler’s check/cashier's check will be refunded via wire transfer or check. For refunds processed by wire transfer, any associated wire transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
