Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Kathgodam – Pithoragarh (Approx. 200km/ 7 hrs drive) 1627m

  On arrival welcome at Kathgodam then drive to Pithoragarh via Almora, on the way visit Bhimtal, Neem Karoli baba ashram, Golu Devta Temple and Jageshwar Dham. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Pithoragarh.

• Day 2 : Pithoragarh - Dharchula (100 Kms/ 3 Hrs Approx.) 940m

  Early morning after breakfast check – out from the hotel and drive Dharchula. On arrival Dharchula check-in at the hotel. We get the Paper work for the Inner line Permit. You can explore Dharchula and also Nepal today. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Dharchula – Gunji/Nabi (85 KMs/ 6 Hrs) 3200m

  After breakfast drive to Gunji/Nabi the area that we are visiting is simply beautiful village. En-route We will also visit natural beautiful villages like Chialekh, Garbyang, Napalchu. This village is base camp of Adi Kailasha, you can feel the real experience of Himalayan culture and divine gravity. Overnight stay at Home Stay/Tent/Huts.

• Day 4 : Gunji/Nabi - Om Parvat Visit - Gunji/Nabi (20 kms / 02 hrs)

  After breakfast proceed to Om Parvat. Om Parvat peak elevation is 5,590 m above sea level. After darshan of Om parvat, relax there with yourself, try to do meditation and feel the blessing of Shiva. Later proceed for Kali Mata Mandir at Kalapani Shesh Nag Parvat, Vyas Gufa then back to the home stay. Overnight stay at Nabi Village.

• Day 5 : Gunji/Nabi – Adi Kailash - Gunji/Nabi (70 kms / 06 hrs both way) 4500m

  Early morning after breakfast drive to Jyolingkong (The base camp). En route you can see – Pandava Parvat, Pandava Fort & Parvati Mukut. You can start trek for Parvati Temple & Adi Kailash which is 06 kms trek (Also you can hire Pony to avoid the trekking it cost near about 3,000.00) Perform Pooja and Meditation at Lord Shiva & Parvati Temple at Parvati Sarovar then proceed for Adi Kailash then back to base. Evening return to Home stay. Dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 6 : Gunji/Nabi - Dharchula (85kms / 06 hrs.)

  After morning breakfast, we will return to Dharchula. Evening free for leisure or take a rest. Diner and Overnight stay.

• Day 7 : Dharchula – Patal Bhuvneshwar (135 Kms/05 hrs)

  After breakfast drive to Patal Bhuvneshwar, visit Patal bhuvaneshwar cave. Check in the hotel/ Resort. Dinner and overnight stay.

• Hotel can be change due to any reason and without prior notice and similar hotels will be provided to guest.
• As per the Government guideline, all travellers (Indian/Foreign Nationals) are required to provide proper ID proof like Aadhar Card, Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card
• Hotel / Camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company will be not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
• If meals are included in package, it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed meal.

• In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
• No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems
• Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
• All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by company. Company can change the features or functionality of the services at any time, without any notice.
• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides on Adi Kailash tour route, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
• Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon
• As possible for the major problems. For minor problems, which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under "Special Notes." Please carefully review the "Special Notes" of your tour prior to booking. Please know that COMPANY will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable.

Cancellation Made Within Refund Policy
10 days prior to departure : Non-refundable
10 -15 Days Prior to Departure Date : 25% of total purchase amount can be refunded
16-30 Days Prior to Departure Date : 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
30 or more Days Prior to Dep. Date : 75% of total purchase amount can be refunded

Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request Form and travel service start date.
If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 6 days, we will not change a traveller’s departure date and will not offer a refund.
All cancellations must be made directly with the company, not with tour vendors.
In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveller’s check/cashier's check will be refunded via wire transfer or check. For refunds processed by wire transfer, any associated wire transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
